Suggestion - It would be great if 'good' coffee could be sold outside of the breakfast. That's mainly all I want for breakfast. The vending matching coffee doesn't quite cut it.

I really enjoyed the breakfast - great value for money. But I mostly just wanted the coffee.

Room is smaller than the size shown on the advertisement, no restaurant cafe and shop , located in a new developed industrial areas, the normal metro line for city centre is unavailable for that area, travel to downtown via train , need to buy extra $10 pass train ticket for the lines C3 which is available from the train service only. The transport cost won’t be as cheap as the ones close to the city centre.

Excellent location for travelling into the centre of Madrid, good links by Metro. Safe parking, staff very helpful, enjoyed the cart each evening selling hot dogs, etc.

Rooms were a bit dirty and the sheets provided seemed to be a bit worse in quality than expected.

The location was really close the the Circular Sub urban railway line, and it was really easy to get to the city center and to the airport. Check-in and Check-out was both easy and convenient. Other provided facilities were really useful (ovens, or microwaves in common space).

The hotel is far from the center. The best way to reach the center would be via train to Atocha and from Atocha another train or metro to Sol. Atocha train station is confusing, so it is better to check the board which has information with the coming trains and which platform the train will be (it is on the ground floor before you take stairs to down to the platform). In the night you can only take N14 bus which is a 10-15 minutes walking to the hotel (around 800 meters). In Atocha, you will need to buy a card which you can then use to buy trips to use. I bought 3 days which cost around 18 euros and I think I used more than that. you can buy this same card in the train station near the hotel but the machine is only in Spanish (even if you choose English) so you can just take the train and when you reach Atocha there will be many personnel who will help (anyone wearing yellow vest but you need to be lucky to find one who speaks English) The trains waiting time is fluctuating so the trip can take you from 30 minutes to 1 hour depending on how long you will have to wait for the connecting train. Uber takes between 30-35 Euros to the center. and same amount to the airport.

The room is spacious and was cleaned every day. There is a self service restaurant in the ground floor where you can buy pre-prepared meals and warm it in microwave. The hotel provides a map with nearby shops (i.e. supermarket, pharmacies,...etc.)

Pretty far from the airport, it will take you about 1h 30 minutes to arrive here depending on what route you decide to take. Considering the price if you don't mind then is ok.

The room was cleaned everyday and the staff is very friendly. You have train station C3 close to the hotel. Overall, good value for the money.

Everything is okay but the location is A little bit far away. The hotel is very close to the suburban station, it take about 15-20 minutes to Atocha, but the train frequency is 2 times an hour.

Shower size would be challenging for the larger person. Table sitting space slightly cramped.

It provided all that it promised. It was a reasonable cost providing simple cooking facilities, with extra services if needed. The staff were more than helpful, kind and responsive. Train service to central Madrid was five minutes walk from the hotel, and 12 minutes into the centre. (If ticket machine doesn't work you can travel on train and pay at destination). Bed large and comfortable, extra blanket supplied on request. Most importantly car parking facilities were excellent, and very secure (underground with doors that needed code to open).
