Have to walk outside the hotel to the laundry and only one machine, but it was free. Air conditioner didn’t fully cool the room, but it worked.

Everything was perfect.

Room was spacious and modern. Beds were very comfortable. No issues with luggage transfers, breakfast was simple but excellent. Host was exceedingly nice and welcoming. Just off the Camino route, perfect location.

There was a celebration of St Anton Day - really bad DJ with house music around the corner from hotel till midnight. Bad luck on our part .

There was nothing to dislike - the accommodation was perfect!

The property is in the centre of the town and right on the Camino. The property is refurbished to a very high standard. The bedroom and bathroom was in immaculate condition. The bed was very comfortable and provided high quality sleep. The dining room where breakfast is served is in pristine condition with white starched table cloths. The food provided at breakfast was very fresh and of high quality. It was clear to me that the establishment was very well run by the owner, Mercedes and her staff.

Amazing find in a very busy Camino city. Beds were very comfortable, the room was spacious, breakfast was plentiful, and the staff were extremely helpful. Laundry is available, free of charge.

The breakfast coffee was drip coffee (vs. machine/single brew/fancy). The check-in process was unduly complicated - we received a text to complete information ahead of check-in, but only received this the morning of and we were walking the Camino. Even so, some guests who DID fill this in were still held in the 'waiting room' before they were given their room keys. There was absolutely NO flexibility on check in for early arrivals...literally, not 5 minutes before.

Our room was larger than expected and the bathroom was smartly laid out. The location is excellent - central in a small town, near restaurants. Breakfast was sufficient, though light on fruit.

We had to arrange to meet the host upon our arrival.

The location was right in the middle of town - perfect. The host was very kind, friendly and generous. They had a washer and dryer for us to use! Our room and hallway were so bright and well lit - a rarity.

We arrived soaking wet from a long Camino rainy walking day. We were greeted warmly and showed all features of the room and facility. The proprietor showed us where we could use the hotel dryer to dry our wet clothes and she also had the best recommendations for dinner. Breakfast was very good and worth the cost. This is a very clean property and close to stores, restaurants and the Camino.

The staff were excellent. The duty manager ( Mercedes?) was kind and gentle and assisted an elderly couple who had issues with their booking. The rooms were modern , comfortable and clean.

I don't recommend the room in front of the dining room. Because guests can sit there drinking coffee and talking all hours .you can hear it all through the door. If you are tired and want to sleep early, it isn't convenient. Luckily, it became quite at around 22:30

The hotel is perfectly situated in the old city, very close to the Camino. It is more like small rooms and a dining room. No lobby. There's an elevator so easy with the suitcase. The Chek in was very easy, and the staff was very friendly. There's free tea and coffee during the day in the dining room. breakfast was the best so far on the Camino. Included eggs and orange juice, very good coffee atc'. We enjoyed the location very much.

Right on the Camino in the old town. Stunning old building. Exceptionally clean. Brand new interiors it seems. Very stylish. Beds were amazing. To have scrambled eggs made for us was very welcomed!!

Breakfast room is small. We booked breakfast for 7:45 but were unable to have our table at that time since it was too busy and had to come back a little later. A better system is needed there. The room is small, so reduces the comfort level a little. For one night it was OK - but for longer period this could be a problem.

Beautiful room in a great position in a lovely town. Check in was a great experience with a welcoming host. Everything is spotlessly clean. Breakfast was of a high standard.
