Nothing, everything was great. We didn’t attend any hotel entertainment as we like to go out in the evening but there was entertainment on most evenings, certainly at weekends.

We have stayed here before so knew what to expect and we weren’t disappointed. The staff are superb, nothing is too much trouble, the hotel is clean and spacious. Food is brilliant and there is a wide variety and choice at all sittings - even going in later there was still plenty of food available.

It lacked character for me personally. A couple of the bar staff were very miserable. The restaurant was very bright and fast paced. Deposit for towels and charge for the safe unnecessary. Pizzas from snack menu not good.

The parking was difficult but we were thankful that our holiday was out of the school holidays. I can't imagine what it would have been like in the high season.

All the staff were extremely helpful, especially in the dining room. A good, varied selection regarding our breakfast and our evening meals.

The only thing I really didn't like is that smoking is allowed in the swimming pool area. There are kids everywhere and these irresponsible adults smoking in their faces, just unbelievable. We had to move a few times so as not to "enjoy" the aroma. These days there are even chiringitos on the beach that ban smoking. The hotel of 4 star must be able to allocate a smoking area away from children, or at least divide the swimming pool area into smoking and non-smoking zones.

We stayed for 3 nights and had a half-board food option. The breakfast was good, there were fried eggs, boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, sausages, bacon, beans, grilled tomatoes, also continental breakfast options like hams, cheese, butter, jams lots of bread options and cereals. The dinner was very good, there was never a repeat in 3 days we were there and in addition to traditional Spanish dishes there was a speciality table, we had Chinese on the first day, seafood on the second and burgers/KFC style chicken on 3rd day. The swimming pool was not very busy and the kids enjoyed the slide. The room was clean and has been cleaned every day. The cocktails were reasonably priced and you were allowed to take them into the swimming pool area in the plastic glass, just tell the barmen "para piscina". The hotel is only 5 min walk from the beach.

When we came back from the city at around 23:00, the lock on the room broke and we couldn't unlock the door. The hotel staff changed the key card 4 times and it was only after the fifth time when we asked to go together to see what had happened that the hotel staff went to see what had happened. The lock was out and we waited for about half an hour in the corridor, sitting on the floor in the extreme heat while they fixed the lock - and it is a 4-star hotel. We entered the room in no mood.

The hotel is very close to the sea and you have to walk down the main street. However, it is definitely not beachfront.

The staff was fantastic. The hotel was super clean and well-maintained. The room was just what we needed. Very comfortable beds, air conditioning worked great during the July heat, nice balcony. A Mercadona a few minutes walk and the beach and souvenir shops less than five minutes. Breakfast buffet was huge and had something for most tastes. Really good pizza and panini at the outdoor bar and the entire pool area was outstanding. We stayed eight nights and did not have a single complaint.

We only stayed one night but saw nothing to complain about.

From check-in to check-out, everything was perfect. The room was both clean and comfortable. The food was of good quality, and had a lot of choices. Even though they had groups of teenagers staying (handball competition), everything was well organised. The dining staff worked wonders making sure regular guests were not impacted by the sudden arrival of a team.

The entertainment was terrible. Would be suited better for older people, not suitable for families with young children.
