Location was poor. About 2 kms off the Camino at the end of a busy road. In fairness they do provide a shuttle bus to bring you in and out of Los Arcos. I’m not sure if that info is provided when booking. I found out via reviews.

A little off the Camino (which we knew), but they have a shuttle that will pick you up and drop you off in Los Arcos. Clean, comfortable room. Convenience store to pick up snacks, etc. Restaurant did not open till later but they gave us a ride to town and we had a great dinner at Mavi Bar. Staff was great and very helpful.

It was too far out of town for one walking the Camino, although the receptionist kindly gave us a lift in the morning.

Location to Camino way but the staff brought us back to Camino way free of charge . So although we are mentioning a negative this is unfair as staff have this issue sorted.

The staff were very helpful and kind to our needs . Offer was there to pick us up from Camino point on walk in Los Arcos and drop back next morning which was excellent.

Great place to stay. It's a little bit outside of the town and it's a little bit dangerous to walk the last 2 km on foot because of the traffic. The hotel is providing free the pick up service from Los Arcos town center, so just give them a call

I was walking the Camino and this is 2.5 KM off of the Camino on a busy road. We had to call the hotel to come pick us up. Just know that you’ll need to ask them to lock you up. They were very nice about dropping us off at the Camino early the next morning.

Location wasn’t convenient and no facilities in the room. The hotel is in the petrol station so the price in the shop was very overpriced.

The hotel is not on Camino, it is on fuel station just on the road. Still there is shuttle from and to Camino, you need to call them. Still absolutely nowhere to go around at evening. No WiFi in the rooms and not always working in the restaurant.

Location … after walking 23km from Estella to Los Arcos on the Camino we almost cried when we saw we could not walk to the hotel. Luckily other guests had read about a shuttle service offered by the hotel on a Camino page and we were intercepted by their shuttle whilst trying to figure out what to do. Would have really helped if we received info about the shuttle beforehand. We really liked the stay but we were bit constricted to the hotel as there was no other way to get to Los Arcos - would be great if the shuttle ran more often … to help guests enjoy the town as well.

New hotel. Clean and comfy beds. Bar and restaurant food was really good. They have a lil convenience store to buy things from if need be. Quiet stay with welcoming staff. Easy to control room temperature.

They provided a shuttle service back to Los Arcos so we could have dinner and back to the Camino trail in the morning.

It’s about 2.1 kms from Los Arcos and along a busy road. We walked to it as didn’t realise that if we had called, they would have sent the taxi to collect us. Restaurant was massive but the floors weren’t clean which seemed strange as the place was almost deserted. We had pizza and chips which was fine.

Nice and clean room in modern hotel. They had a free taxi service to drop us off in town.

It would have been nice to be able to eat earlier.

The hotel is very functional, attached to a petrol station out of town. The rooms are good but were too hot. The evening set meal was vey good value although served late.

Two days before our stay the hotel emailed us to say that the hotel was unavailable due to repairs, but they made arrangements for us at another local hotel and it all worked out perfectly

We did like it but it does take you away from the main group of Camino pilgrims. Would stay there again, though.

Hotel is part of truck stop that is outside of town. They have shuttle to hotel - just contact and ask them to come get you. Restaurant on site.

Location and lack of any places to eat

Be aware that the location is about 3 km out of town. We were walking the Camino, so it's not on the route. The hotel does provide a shuttle if you call. The hotel is clean and new but it is in a truck stop just off the main highway. They have a restaurant but it only is open certain hours. The food was truck stop average.
