A bit shabby in places. A small amount of attention to detail would make this an excellent venue.

Great place for an overnight stop. Very friendly staff, good food and spacious roons.

The outside of the hotel and grounds were neglected and it looked unoccupied as we pulled up. Parking area was overgrown and unkempt and the gardens clearly hadn't been maintained. The restaurant was located in the reception and it was akin to being sat in a cafe. The bedrooms need refurbishment. Shane at so much potential

Positives ... food was good value and a pleasant surprise.

On entering the property all of the grounds plus car park are of a standard of a closed down hotel very tired and unkept. Claiming to be a Michelin award restaurant which they achieved in 2013, under previous ownership. We ate in the restaurant but were the only ones eating there as the Hotel was almost empty.Mini bar was a fridge that had two bottles of water in plus did not work.Television did not work either.

Room plus bed and food was good but not a luxury standard as implied in their advert on Boooking.com.The interior of property was a lot higher standard than the external.

The beautiful reception hall is obviously the main feature of this hotel and whilst the room was perfectly comfortable and clean it felt like the "downstairs " to the grand entrance! In fairness, if the bedrooms matched the reception hall, the price would go up !

Lovely young woman on reception. Plenty of parking Easy to get to from main roads. Very reasonably priced evening meal.

Gardens rundown. Parking surface poor. Breakfast coffee machine only made tepid coffee. Great style but the smaller details let the hotel down

    Modern style. Entrance hall grand.

Couldn't isolate shower from bath so water from both at the same time. Basin plug didn't work in either of the two basins.

Large room, very comfy bed, stylish place, food very good and service excellent.

Nothing at all, all was to our liking.

The hotel had a very Spanish feel to it. It had been recently renovated and had been done in very good taste. Staff were excellent, pleasant, courteous, welcoming and very helpful. the restaurant Villa Marcilla was excellent, the food was very good and again the staff were excellent.

The wifi connection in the rooms was very poor.

The hotel is really nice. There is a lot of pleasent space to chill out. It's in a very good place to visit the south of navarra.
