Nothing really negative at the Villa,as we were there in March,although it was lovely and warm,but the pool was really cold,this is not the owners, It was down to us not checking that pool was not heated,and again nothing to do with the Villa but it was very very windy and some days we could not go out and lie on the sun beds,but a fabulous area,we really enjoyed it !!!

The whole villa was excellent!! Perfect location with a supermarket literally a one miutes walk and bars and restaurants literally across the road.The main town was a relaxing 15 mins walk,bars,restaurants and shop aplenty and beach was a 25 mins walk and all the area was pretty flat,no steep hills to climb!! All in a fantastic holiday!!!

Nothing that we didn't like but it would benefit from a bit of updating, for example, the shower screen in our bathroom was missing a panel so the floor was very wet.

Very clean, comfortable and very well resourced villas. Party of 9 and we had two villas next to each other. Owners were very friendly and sorted out an issue we had quickly. Although close to a busy road, it was also really close to some good bars, restaurants and a Hipo Dino supermarket and we soon stopped noticing road noise. Good quiz at Foxes pub on the Friday night. Lovely garden area with lots of seating and sun loungers. Always parts of garden in full sun and other parts in shade so ideal for all. Beds really comfortable and lovely to have balcony doors open at night. About a 20 min stroll into town centre but occasional taxi back Cost less than 7€.

Some road noise, especially when lines of buggies roared past unseen beyond the tall white wall.

Fabulous apartment with loads of private outdoor space and 3 balconies and a small pool to cool off in. Close to a cluster of local bars £ restaurants and a Hipodino supermarket.

The villa does need painting inside and out and then would be 100% Fans should be provided as there is no air conditioning. There is always a nice breeze, but you have to close the doors at night because of the noise from the main road traffic just outside. But you get used of it quickly. Maybe an extra clothes line, but all in all, we had a brilliant stay at Villa Real Olivia 👍

Very nice location and had everything you needed for a 10 night stay, lovely swimming pool and comfortable beds, a supermarket bar and restaurants 2 minute walk Taxis only €4.50 into the main strip and taxi rank across the road. 😀👌

In a two weeks stay, it would have been nice with a cleaning and changing of the beds. We also missed an information folder, how to manage the tv, where to throw the garbage, taxi + bus info, nice restaurants and such.

The holiday home was nice and clean, and the kitchen was well equipped.

No air conditioning but you know that when you book. Could maybe do with ceiling fans/free standing fans in each room. Could also do with a safety deposit box.

Amazing Villa with well equipped kitchen with dishwasher/washing machine, iron/ironing board. Netflix and Youtube channels on TV which was great for some music by pool . Pool was amazing with towels supplied. Plenty of space inside and outside villa. Supermarket on doorstep . Centre within walking distance.

Lack of cleaning. For the price I would have expected a weekly clean. The floor was very dusty on arrival. The sofa contained a lot of sand. Being told linen and towels would not be changed in 18 nights and we had to wash them ourselves. Yes a washing machine was available, but no spare sheets or towels, and the villa was sadly lacking in essential cleaning materials, refuse sacks, toilet rolls, which we had to purchase locally at considerable cost.
