I booked the covered parking which was easy to access and saved us from some hail. The location is excellent, convenient to many good restaurants. Our room was comfortable and it's nice to have a couch to lounge on. It had air-con (essential in summer).

    Nothing to complain about.

Delightful, quaint. We had a room with a little kitchenette and a sofa, which were very useful. Room dark & comfortable Staff very friendly & helpful Carpark at hotel Shower & bath

Would prefer single pillows, My spouse always brings own, so I had to manoeuvre the long bolster to hang down the side of the bed

Great location with beautiful scenery and many walks.

Very noisy (Saturday night) due to outdoor music festival continuing to 4.00am. Would strongly recommend that you check with hotel whether such events were scheduled during you stay.

Everything was great! Location perfect. Easy parking in their paid lot or on the street for free. Super friendly staff. We had the 2 bedroom Apartment with a nice private terrace and great view.

Breakfast was kind of mediocre for 9.50 euros. Just hard boiled eggs and deli meats and cheeses for protein. Coffee from nescafe coffee maker. Lots of bread products, pastries, cereals, milk, etc. Also fresh fruit. Tons of choices.

    Quality of structure and finishing

Not enough elevated space for suitcase and area for outdoor gear to dry. The bath tub needs at least one grab bar to assist getting in and out of bath tub.

Beautiful building in a spectacular setting. Old city with cobblestone narrow roads. Spacious room. Quality bathroom. Fancy shower and lots of hot water.

Google maps took us the wrong way and ww had to back oit of a tight spot. The hotel staff graciously helped guide us to the hotel’s indoor parking lot.

This was my second visit, and as with the first visit, I really enjoyed my stay. Great location in an idyllic town with stunning views, there are lots of options for food and drinks. The staff were extremely helpful and the room was very comfortable.

Everything- the rooms were luxurious and more like suites, breakfast was superb, and the location couldn’t have been better, right in the middle of Torla with amazing mountain scenery in all directions. Best of all was the warm welcome from Mario, which continued throughout my stay. Exceptional level of service!

That I only had one night to spend there!

Comfortable, quiet hotel, 15min from national park, with clean, spacious rooms. Host mario was beyond helpful in explaining the town as well as the hiking trails and transport to the mountains. Highly recommended to stay here
