Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content

- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The walls are a bit thin. If the people next door make noise you hear everything.
The hotel looks good. It is convenient for the CCIB and near a metro stop to go into the centre of town. The breakfast was great: fresh fruit, eggs, bacon, ham, yoghurts etc.

It was modern quiet and roomy , great beds and bedding, good bathroom , big windows and tasteful decor … although out of the centre - the metro was close and only 15 min ride into everything

The hotel was generally very quiet and calm. There was a little bit of noise at night from a neighbouring room as the walls are not entirely soundproof and during the daytime the routine cleaning can be heard. But the positives far outweigh this.
The hotel is in a quiet modern neighbourhood perfectly located for the conference centre and very close to the metro and tram. The staff are very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also good, varied and fresh - again with helpful staff.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, rooms were nice, lobby, breakfast room and restaurant are newly redecorated and really nice. Breakfast was great! And also Cava in the restaurant was great. Beach is near the hotel, only 10min by foot. In the garage there is electric vehicle charger. We had a great stay!

AC was not working properly when we arrived. They got it fixed but it still didn't seem to keep the room cold enough for us.
Very clean rooms, comfy beds. Modern and well designed. 4 minute walk to metro station and bunch of cafes and restaurants nearby. Helpful stuff. Overall we loved it and it was great coming back to our room after a long day of exploring Barcelona.

Once found out location near to trams and buses that went into main centre saved money on taxis. Rooms were comfortable and clean; breakfast good, friendly welcome each morning

Indeed everything is fine. Just small note I didn’t like it that’s the room service immediately after knocking the door they inter to the room. And it’s happening twice with me. Maybe they presumed no one inside. But yet you need to wait for 2 mints Incase ** before interning the room
Well everything was really nice the hotel just close to the metro and ofc near to the Mall and have a lot of options for food bars. Cafes Breakfast was great I was hoping they have small gym at this hotel

In the special requests I mentioned a room with the double bed and with a bath, not shower. But unfortunately, it was two single beds pushed together. The bathroom was quite good. Another small inconvenience is the leaking kettle in the room.
The bar and additional cookies were quite good 😉 Even besides the fact it was for additional cost. Also the breakfast was absolutely excellent. Pleased with the sufficient variety of dishes.

I genuinely have no complaints.
5 mins walk to the beach front, 2 mins walk to the tube train , free car parking and an absolutely fantastic break buffet. Rooms are large and very clean. Beds were super comfortable and room service was daily and super efficient. My family enjoyed our week long stay and I will definitely re-book on our next visit to Barcelona. I can highly recommend this hotel as the staff are helpful and polite…. Oh and they have a large outside sun trap dining and lounging area so lovely to take breakfast and meals outside in a relaxing area. 9/10

The room was booked for two persons, but there was only one set of towels in the bathroom and there were no slippers at all. I had to ask for it at the reception and wait for it to be brought to the room. It was unpleasant to waste time on this, since we arrived at night and wanted to rest after the trip. The hotel presents itself as four stars. For 80 euro per night they could be more attentive to providing basic things like towels and slippers. I also didn't like the importunity of the minibar, snacks and drinks were everywhere, not only in the refrigerator, but also on the table.
Good location of the hotel. The room is nice and clean, large comfortable bed. Having an electric kettle in the room is definitely a plus.
