Nice and cosy hotel to stay in the city center close to Museum del Prada, also I liked breakfast, it was very variable and taste!

Grab bars in bathroom not secure and need repair. An addition of a non-slip bath mat will help seniors.

The locations is amazing, city center and well connect to all, metro, taxi, etc. The room is confortable, clean and you have everything you need. The breakfast is very good, lots of choices.

Nothing is perfect! Hole in blanket trim, couple of oddly placed wall sockets (not hard to position them accuarately). Can’t reach gel/shampoo from bath so has to buy some and leave behind. Need these products accessible! Need a kettle in the room and proper sized cups NOT espresso cups! Can’t reach bath taps without getting in bath because glass screen can’t be opened. That is a pain! But lots love showers and I managed! I wish they didn’t close the hotel terrace at 11 pm weeknights!

I LOVE this place! I love the decor, the peace, the location, the food, the staff, the views, the comfortable bed, the dressing gowns, the security, the dining room, the sitting area. It’s a dream, this hotel. Couldn’t love it more.

The bed kept sliding, so it had to be supported with the table and chairs. Also the box with the spot lights right over your head when you get up, you have to be very, very careful, if not you bump your head on it.

For Irish people 20 degrees or above you need air conditioning in the rooms but at this time of the year (start of April) the hotel only have heating. Air Con is there but only switched over at summer.

Location is excellent. Good breakfast with lots of variety. Scrambled eggs and bacon, fruit, lots of pastries amongst plenty of other delicacies. Delux suite loads of space. Comfortable bed and a range of pillows.

Excellent hotel and very warm and welcoming staff! Dining area is magical! Breakfast was very rich and tasty! Location of hotel is great because i was well connected to important parts of Madrid and was able to do many things on foot. I will visit again when in Madrid

Shower/bath area was a little small and I found moving about quit restrictive. I think you`re better off binning the bath and just going with a shower , that`s my opinion!

Location was ideal as only 5 minutes from The Prado and Thyssen, maybe 10 to Sol. Rooms were clean and were a fair size ,the beds comfy. Breakfast was buffet style with lots of options and the coffee choice was exceptional. Loads of food/drink options within a short distance.

Our room didn’t have the brightness lightning, it didn’t really bother us though.

The room could have had a kettle with coffee and tea.

Location - Centrally located, walking distance from pretty much all the main attractions and surrounded by very good restaurants. Room - The room was modest, not the biggest but it was comfortable. It has a door which can be opened if you're looking for fresh air. The washroom was big and clean. Overall - Overall, the hotel offers most facilities that one might need and require. The staff were friendly and helpful. It also has a restaurant and bar which makes it convenient.
