The outside pools were cold but then again so was the beach and it’s still early April, not really a downside though as the hotel has an indoor pool which is heated although we havent tried it as the outside areas as just too beautiful.

The location of the hotel was perfect - just directly across the road are steps leading straight to the beach and the local shops. The hotel staff were so wonderful, welcoming and always helpful, they were definitely the best part of our stay! Thank you Sergio and Daniel at the bar, and Jorell - everyone was just so lovely, even all the restaurants we’ve been to just had the friendliest, warmest staff. Sometimes the buffet restaurant felt a little too busy and the food felt very similar every day. It would have been nice to see more tapas options.

The rooms were nicely done, clean and bright (had a pool facing room on second floor). The pool was great for both kids and adults. The staff were very friendly and helpful!

AC was not good. The room never gets cool enough for good sleep. After a hot day in the sun you need a cool room to rest and relax.

There was no room service if you want to order food or water bottles, with the kid sometimes it’s difficult to go to the bar for getting water battles.

We liked everything in zafiro, it was an amazing experience for me and my family. Its centrally located only 300 meters from the beach and the market. We booked a junior Suite (all inclusive) for 4 nights, Our apartment was clean, comfortable and equipped with the kitchenettes, with our little one, we had a possibility to cook anything for him. Our stay was unforgettable experience because of the good food, amazing staff behind arranging all these activities everyday for adults as well as for the children. we use to spend our afternoons at the pool where we really enjoyed aqua Zumba and pool side bar . In the evening there were world class artists who performed different acts like magic show, shadow show, flamingo and many more, my wife use to look forward for these performances in the evening… kudos to the zafiro hotel management for arranging this kind of activities. One thing that really touched us was we checked out from our room but had to wait 3 hours for the taxi to the airport, at the reception we were given some VIP passes which kept our privileges as ALL INCLUSIVE guests until we left the hotel. Coffee at breakfast was pretty crappy. Holiday with kids needs a good coffee.

Room overlooking car park despite being a returning customer for over 12 years. Heated pool, not very heated and part of the reason for booking this hotel at this time of year. Cocktails pricey and not very much alcohol in them.

Central location, large, clean rooms. Walking distance to beach and very central between Magaluf and Palmanova. Very family friendly. Excellent pool areas and playground for children including bouncy castle.
