That they didn’t have there own parking space,we paid 85€ for 5 days and it was like a bono u can come and go as much as you want without extra fees.

The best thing about the apartment was the location,transportation,shops,10 minutes drive to las Arenas shopping centre,2 steps from the beach and few steps away parking.

Only thing I’d mention is a few more bits for the kitchen would have been useful! For example, Tongs to turn food over with and a couple of tea towels. We could wash up but nowhere to dry!

Great location, close to the excellent Las Canteras beach. The suite was great, terrace a real bonus. Good kitchen with an oven, stove and microwave meaning we could have some home meals as well as eating out locally! Close to a supermarket and various shops too!

Nothing to dislike, although I suggest the hotel improve on the amount of information about the property. For example, clarification on the hours when the front desk is staffed and also providing written information, posted in the room itself, regarding the operation of some appliances.

Spacious, comfortable room, big bed, porch with chair and table, good closet, well equipped kitchen and the hotel was nice to leave water bottles in the fridge, very good bathroom. Although it's right in the middle of a mixed commercial/tourist/residential area, the street was very quiet. Staff was polite, friendly and helpful.

We stayed for 6 nights and the dishwasher was broken the whole time. The toilet seat was broken. The water in the whirlpool spa on the terrace was dirty. The shower switches from very hot to cold . The staff need to pay more attention to the room when they clean it. The terrace was never cleaned or the floor swept

The outdoor space was fantastic. To have direct lift access to the room was a nice idea

Upon the arrival there was still trash from the last guests in the bathroom rubbish.

There was no staff at the place for most of the day. We saw someone once for about 5 minutes. The bathroom in the room looked a bit shabby and there was a bit of smell in there. Bedsheets were a bit dirty upon arrival. I'm not sure if they were actually dirty or just the stain wouldn't come out. Either way it didn't look too clean.

The location was good, about 2 minute walk to the beach and restaurants. Room was spacious and had lots of storage. There was also a small balcony which was perfect for a couple. The room also had a fridge which was handy.

I liked everything about this place

As soon as i walked into the room it was spotless clean, lovely wee balcony where you can watch and hear the waves crashing off the rocks. Its on a quiet street but within a couple of minutes you have a long promenade that goes on for miles with shops , bars, coffee shops, every type of eating place with a stunning sandy beach along the whole stretch. As a solo traveller , middle aged and first timer i would highly recommend this hotel as your room has everything you need, fantastic location and most important i felt safe.

Location was central close to beach, cafes, bars ect. The room was spotless but could have done with a toaster & corkscrew, the balcony was tiny and due to hotel being in a narrow street didn't get much sun, but there were plenty of spots nearby to soak up the sun. Staff were very helpful and flexible to your needs

Couldn’t be described as self catering as we only had a kettle and fridge, no cooking facilities at all. Tea and coffee was never topped up.

Absolutely amazing hostess! She was nice, attentive and really helpful. The location is great: close to everything at the same time very quiet. Also a big plus that La Puntilla parking lot is literally round the corner. We are definitely repeating.

What a find at the price, great room excellent facilities. So close to restaurants and bars. The beach is under a minute. Ideal for a couple of nights Also has a kitchen with hob and microwave and everything you need

Shower needs fixing. The water jumps between extremely hot and very cold. The kitchen is full of mini ants that kept coming. There is no personnel around at all; feels more like an AirBnb. Cleaning could be better.

There was nothing not to like.

Great location, huge rooms with a little kitchen area, big bathroom and a balcony. Lots of little extras (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, moisturizer, hair drier, usb sockets, bottled water, outdoor clothes airer etc), 60 second walk to the seafront, shops, bars and restaurants. The room was really clean and well maintained.

Shower needs attention as constantly between boiling hot and freezing cold otherwise no complaints.

Studio apartment was perfect, plenty of storage space which is unusual. Balcony/terrace was amazing and ideal for lounging in the sunshine. Location was superb with lots of restaurants very close by. Beach was a minutes walk and lovely. Check in was easy despite us arriving late in evening, the manager had left clear instructions. Towels were changed daily with coffee replenished. Will definitely book again if visiting Las Palmas in the future.

Few things missing in the kitchen such as a chopping board and no heat in the jacuzzi. However, it was very hot during our stay so this worked out well for us. Thumb lock on the fire escape stairs would have made us feel a bit more secure.

Size of the room was excellent, with a very comfy bed, gorgeous balcony and it was perfect having a car park next to the property. Internet was strong in our room which was great for the fire stick we took with us. Perfect outside space, large fridge.
