Very well located, beach super easy to access and nearby Morro Jable center. The rooms are very confortable with nice sea view balcony. the breakfast and dinner are very good quality food (dinner changing every night) - really to class! can only recommend, we really enjoyed our stay!!

Occasional "Schlager" to "Modern Talking" music in the evening was almost irritating. But considering the demography (including my own) is a small price for otherwise peaceful neighbourhood.

Very good bread. Good selection and variety of meals (however some on the too spicy side). Comfort and view from the dining area exceptional. Direct access to the beach and relative peace close to the city should be appreciated. Mid-size hotel.

More written information about hotel and area. All drinking water even with meals was an extra. All rooms should include beverage making facilities. Wine glasses in room would help, ours kept disappearing. Table clearing at times was too efficient. ie quick.

Food for both Breakfast and Dinner was good with varied selection. Staff very pleasant and polite. Situation of hotel above beach superb. Very attendant pool boy. Adjusting parasols as reqd.

Despite it was great if you want to improve here are little points: Not accepting a nice elegant short and forcing your customers to wear long pants at the restaurant in the evening is a bit old fashion and not really appropriate in 2022. it was not a problem for us because we came in the winter but would not be acceptable in the summer. Would have appreciated the option not to pay half board so that we can eat outside one night.

Fantastic staff particularly at the bar, restaurant and Pool. Best possible location in MJable. This will become our regular place in Fuertaventura. Great heated pool at 29o just perfect; this was a key + for us coming in the winter. Very quiet (mostly old quiet guest). fantastic view from everywhere : room , breakfast , Pool … Good food quality despite it is buffet.

Reception staff wasn't very attentive and friendly, every question felt like a burden to the front desk lady.

Rooms and facilities were very clean, room cleaning very attentive. Close to the seaside and beautiful view on the beach and ocean. Very extensive and nice breakfast. Lovely pool facilities.

The shower at foot level next to the gate back from the beach could have more pressure to help get rid of sand more easily, but that is a super minor detail!

Location is spot-on: right over the beach, very close to tons of restaurants, right where it all happens yet well-shielded from any noise, and in an area where the sea is just beautiful and perfect for swimming Beautiful terrace overlooking the beach and sea just next to the fully pedestrian boardwalk, fantastic view Very good breakfast with plenty of choice and open until 10:30 The hotel blends in nicely with its environment and surroundings You can get an allocated parking spot with individual key access for a very small fee The room has a second inner door to access the sleeping area, very few hotels offer that, and yet it is the best way of avoiding any corridor or other noise and is thus a great plus, super effective Great view from the room balcony Very clean hotel in excellent condition, very clean rooms PCR tests can be arranged by the hotel directly in your room with result on the same day, thus no hassle for the return flight Very nice staff and personalised service A special thanks for the nice attention on my birthday during that stay!

We stayed in an end room which cleaners put the rubbish outside and the door didn’t close properly. The idea of two sittings in such a quiet hotel is weird and the staff didn’t let us sit outside even when there were free tables in the first sitting. The guy in the bar was friendly otherwise staff not so friendly but not sure whether it was because it was mainly a German hotel and we only spoke English
