The noise around the hotel is unbelievable, as the is no AC in the rooms so you need to open the window for fresh air. They need to enhance the food quality as well as the buffet.

I liked the staff treatment specially the receptionists Genes & Ethiopia were very helpful, as well as marketing manager forgot her name.

Well I don't want to take anything away from what I said above, but I had to ask for a few things in the room to be fixed and rectified first day. But the maintenance was organised immediately and things rectified. Could I be si bold as to recommend that staff check rooms thoroughly beforehand to make sure everything is working correctly. ps a phone is essential....cheers

The room, bed, bathroom and facilties were very nice....I might have given it a 10 except for a few items that had to be rectified in the first day. But I had a really good sized tidy room and bathroom and very comfortable bed. Good restaurant food selection and ethiopian beer and great breakfast. But a special highlight to the hotel staff ie all the staff, from the reception to the restaurant to the room staff, porters and maintenance staff and taxi driver - all were so helpful and friendly and just nice. You are all a credit to the hotel and your lovely country - all lovely people. I would highly recommend this hotel....very nice, well located and good value for money.

The location isn't great, especially if you like exploring by walking. We were warned numerous times about pickpockets in the area. There is a bar directly opposite that is very noisy with music and drunks at all hours of the night, so avoid rooms on that side of the hotel (once we moved to a room on the other side we didn't have that issue).

Nice modern rooms and friendly, responsive staff. We had an issue with noise and they addressed it immediately. Close to airport with free shuttle.

There is no flexibility for late check-out. You have to pay the extra hours after 12:30 pm. Prices of items exhibited in the small shop in the lobby are very expensive compared to the prices outside.

The staff is friendly and nice. Room services are effective and available around the clock. My room was full of cooking, especially during breakfast time.
