The rooms were fairly small and there wasn't sufficient place for large suitcases. The reception staff were lovely.

The location was central and was an easy walk 4 to 5 min walk to the main shopping street and all the tour pick up points in the city

Very small room - we booked two separate bookings as we had to move out on one day and saw a big difference in the service quality. Under this booking, no toiletries etc were provided.

Super friendly stuff ready to assist you at every moment. The location is central,so if you are in Rovaniemi for few days is a great place to be accomodated close to everything by walking. They have great restaurant with the local dishes with very reasonable prices as well. Excellent place,i highly recomend it.

Nothing was there to dislike. Perfect stay for a short trip.

Amazing stay at the property. Location is unbeatable and the most positive point as every important thing of the city is at 2 mins walk weather it is the tour companies or the restaurants. There is a supermarket just outside the property too. Staff was amazing and always ready to help. Breakfast was really nice as well. Good Wifi at the property. Bathrooms were super clean and toiletries were of good recognised brand too. There are couple of bus stops on 5 mins walk where you can take buses to Airport and Santa Claus village etc. Stayed there for 2 nights. Basically everything was amazing.

We would have liked a set drawers for storage as hanging space was limited.

Central location, great restaurants, wonderful staff, extremely comfortable. But most of all it was quiet no matter how many people were in residence.

The quality of the room. It was very small and the bathroom smelt of urine .

Terrible smell in our room… really strong… smelt of mothballs. Room was ok size not very comfortable and all plug sockets are at ground level and not very accessible. Dated decor and tiny bathroom. Dangerous getting into the shower/bath. Padded doors and untidy corridors.

It was our first time in Rovaniemi and thanks to the lovely staff, we felt we made the right choice with coming to Rovaniemi and the Arctic City Hotel with the first step into the hotel. Special thanks to Miss Diana at the front desk, for her amazing welcome and guidance, to the Restaurant Staff and the kitchen for amazing food and ambiance. This hotel was definitely a highlight of our trip to Rovaniemi.

It was a bit odd that the wall between the bathroom and the room was partially glass, so we could see the person in the bathroom if they were standing.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We arrived on a Saturday morning and luckily we could checkin early, a room was already ready for us (we have transmitted when booking the hour we arrive). Since it was a Saturday during peak season, they also recommended that they make reservations at the hotel's restaurant and we agreed and had a wonderful dinner (worth it!!!). The room was warm, nice and clean, a bit small but we managed to have enough space for our luggage and stuff. The breakfast had many french influences and it was delicious.

Sauna had time slots, separated for gender but you could also rent a private sauna for a price. Very nice hotel but we were expecting a bit more for 4 star hotel. Still good value for the area.

Central location, pretty much in Rovaniemi City. Easy parking. ( no nature close by but we were not expecting it so it was fine) Very good breakfast including gluten free options. The staff was very lovely and helpful.
