I liked that it is right next to the bus station and 15min walk from train station. It was very quiet. The room for 3 adults was spacious. Breakfast was good with eggs and bacon, croissant, bread, fruit salad, yogurt and porridge.

- It is okay that the bathrooms are old, but the bath curtains was looking unclean. There were pinky taints at the lower part of the curtains, so be careful about bacterias and possible health risks. - There were one type of shampoo, and there were not any explanation for it like ingredients, if it is vegan etc. Best to bring your own products. - Be careful about reception’s opening hours.

Wish it had a water heater in the room for a tea but it did have a vending machine with hot water and free tea bags

It was very close to the train station and right in front of the bus station yet it was not noisy. Easy walk to the attractions and city buses too. Room was cozy and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice too.

It would've been nice if the room had had shampoo, not just general all-wash soap. Quite old-fashioned bedding and general style (clean though).

Breakfast was excellent (and served till 10:30 which I really appreciated)! The receptionist was so lovely and took care of everything I needed. They also serve complimentary coffee and tea!

The staff is super friendly and helpfull, the room was clean and comfortable and the hotel is just a two minute walk away from the market square and a one minute walk away from the bus stop to the airport (15 min ride) or touristy locations if you take the same bus in the other direction.

The hotel was tidy and cozy and the interior matched well with the Funkis architecture of the building. The beds were super comfy. Breakfast was so good that the locals seemed to come to enjoy it too. The location is good for train and bus travelers.

Hotel Helmi exeeded My expectations in many senses. For 3 star Hotel it provides 4 star level service in My opinion . The only minus was humming of air.Conditioning system in the room I sleep not that well but even that was Ok at the end

No being able to open the windows. The noise from the airco in nearby room was really loud and woke me up at night.
