Bathroom and bedroom are quite small, even though there are all services and it's not a real big issue

The cottage is nice, there is everything you need. All around there is peace and you can surely enjoy your time there.

There's not bright enough lighting, the apartment is always somewhat annoyingly dim unless there's daylight from outside. The stairs are too steep for old people and the worst side of the apartment layout. There's not much height to ceiling above the beds on the 2nd floor.

Very clean apartment, nice and well equipped kitchen and sauna, functional layout for watching tv or working.

It is absolutely necessary to correct the location on google maps. We were unable to find the place at night, it was -24C and we kept walking around for 2hrs with 2 kids because the gps shows the place about 1km further than it is. It was unfortunately a terrible experience, we almost died of freezing, with no one around and the administrator on phone who eventually helped but it was really frustrating and unnecessary!!!! Please correct the location on google maps!!!!!

Amazing and well equipped cottage, a fireplace with wood ready for use, enough space, very charming, with own sauna!!, would definitely come back!!!

Wasn’t easy to find as no map provided. On contacting the emergency helpline the staff weren’t immediately available to help and we had to scout around in the cold and dark to find the place.

It was really difficult to find the property, the google maps showed in the listing doesn’t work, and we had to keep calling the customer service number on Christmas eve to finally find the place.

It was not easy to find, the navigation did not navigate us directly to the cottages. There were no robes. The single beds are narrow.

Nice cottage in the woods, near skiing resort. Recommend it. We stayed the family of 4 and it was perfect for us, it would be too small for more people.

The kitchen could have been cleaner. Check-out and trash-disposal procedures could be both simplified and more user friendly

All described facilities were available in the apartment. We loved our private sauna, which was very clean and well functioning. Also dishwasher has been really appreciated

The loft design makes the top very hot while downstairs is cold. Would not choose this setup again. The steep ladder to the bedroom is rather uncomfortable to use.

The Location was great and quiet, the whole apartment block is well maintained and is very near the ski piste.

A bit difficult to find Restaurant Uula based on Google Maps. We stopped at the Pyhä Nature Centre and I showed the cashier there my entire Booking.com reservation pages and she said she had no idea what I was talking about regarding "Holiday Club Apartments". She looked at the street address and said Luontotie 8 was further "up the road" from them , which is really just a large parking lot. That was strange. I ended up having to ask at the Lift Pass cashier at Pyhä, and then he told me to walk around the back of their building to Restaurant Uula. We were actually skiing at Luosto, 25 further north, but which has few local cottages for rent, and the main hotel there is very expensive.

Upon looking for the house, we were given a different adress then where the house really was located wich made it very hard for us to find it, after 30 minutes of driving round near the location and looking up on maps we found it

Location is a bit far from Rovaniemi and difficult to locate the house. If you are not targeting for ski, probably you should opt for another location. Very slow response to my request from the property owner. I requested repair service of radiator but they only responded one day after I checked out (4 days after my request). Bedroom is small.

The address communicated in the booking was wrong. We thought we had arrived at the appartment (we used the address written on our booking) so we tried to use the code on the key box but of course it didn't work. We called the emergency number but the person we got on the phone couldn't speak any english, only finnish! Do you really expect travellers/tourists to speak finnish to get help if there is something wrong in their booking? That was choking. We got at the end a helpful person from the normal customer service number but she told us that the maintenant on site could be there only in 30minutes. Only to discover that it was the wrong address because the maintenance was "there" and couldn't see us. That's not normal that we have to go through so much to get into the appartment that we rented. We entered the appartment one hour later than expected. It was a pretty tiring experience.

The appartment was nice and well equipped. We loved the sauna.

We arrived at late evening and spent a lot of time for finding the right apartment. Finally I called to the support office and they helped me, BUT I had to pay for this phone call support more than 50EUR in addition.
