It would be great to have a washing machine in the cottage. Also please enhance the breakfast with a salmon and more coffee machines with specialty coffees such as cappuccino, macchiato etc.

Great experience with all what someone would need for a short vacation. Forest, lake, swimming pools, saunas with shopping possibilities just a short drive away

1 shower only, poor quality toilet paper. Small hair dryer. Would be best if you have your own vehicle as it is very remote from other facilities. Coffee at the breakfast was horrible, even knowing that it was essentially drip coffee; would have appreciated more features on the coffee machine they had in place to offer espressos for example.

Apartments are walkable distance to the spa. Good for sharing with 4 people. One sauna; heated up quickly.

Spa was built for the young kids and families and was very crowded. I could not find a relaxing and quiet section.

The appartment was great and huge with own Sauna side, 2 bedrooms with own bathroom, living room and kitchen. Nice terrace. Beautiful area and nature. Breakfast at the hotel was amazing. Many choices, like a brunch.

It would be good to have decaffeinated coffee and tea available, and ordinary non-flavoured tea.

Location of hotel and of chalets. Breakfast has very good choices. Sauna and air-conditioning were welcome. Staff were cheerful and helpful. Beds very comfortable.

Pillows could be bluffier and bigger. :) And I wouldn't mind checkout one hour later at 12.

Spacious apartment. View to the lake. Sauna in apartment. Dogs are welcome ( in specificapartments). Breakfast has a lot of choices. . Spa is good with a different kind of water pressure massage points.

The bed was not comfortable, I had a back pain , top mattresses are sliding from the beds. , windows are not opened . No “ mosquito nets” on the windows.

Pillows were too hard and uncomfortable. Blankets and blanket covers didn’t coincide each other. For bathrobes it was necessary to pay 9 EUR each.

The suite did not have an iron which should be a standard appliance for a villa of that quality/price. The ala-carte restaurant was a huge dissapointment. The food was over priced and of low standard. The garlic bread for a starter was greasy and had absolutely no taste. The main course of fish which was pike was covered with an over salted sauce making it nearly impossible to eat. Did not waste any more money in this restaurant.

The suite we stayed in was very nice, spacious and clean. Good value for money. Breakfast had a decent selection on offer, and tasted very good. The spa itself which was the reason we were there was amazing and fulfilled our expectations. A little dated in places, but it had many different pools, saunas and jacuzzis to try out. It seemed to be well maintained and the staff were helpful. Excellent for a family with small kids, and one of the best spas I have been to in Finland.
