Absolutely nothing

The room was clean, cosy, spacious enough.It had everything we needed for a short three nights stay. The shared space had a nice ambience. The self check in system was easy and the luggage storage for after check out was very helpful.

The room didn’t have night tables on both sides of the bed. It was a bit noisy, because of the busy traffic on the Kanavakatu side.

Self service check in was a bit tedious. Perhaps this could be streamlined with an online pre check in?

Clean and spacious apartment which provided everything we needed. Great location for sites, easy to access public transport, supermarkets were nearby and was walking distance to Viking Line ferry. Staff were friendly and ability to leave luggage in locker on day of check out was great. Definitely recommend.

I prefer a front desk and concierge rather than the self-check in, no front desk set up. However, it was still relatively easy.

Nothing, everything was perfect :)

Our favourite stay of our Europe trip :) we loved the architecture and the facilities of this hotel/apartment. A little out of the city centre of Helsinki but only a short tram ride away (15-20mins). The neighbourhood was quiet but felt very safe. The tram stop is only 2-3min walk from the hotel, Uspenski Cathedral only about 5mins walk away and Market Square only about 10-15mins walk. There was minimal interaction with the staff as check-in was via the tablet and we could leave our luggages in the luggage cages and set our own pin which was very convenient. Breakfast was next door in a small cafe and had delicious food. Would definitely love to stay here again!

The air system doesn’t work well, doesn’t cool down when it’s hot. Hairdryers only available at stations by the elevators - would be nice to have a few more on each floor

Great place to stay, fab location, well equipped rooms. Liked that dishwasher tablets and washing detergent was provided, was great to have washing machine in studio. Nice spa area with sauna, steam room and jacuzzi and good communal spaces. Really nice roof terrace. Super close to walk from the Viking Line ferry and to the Suomenlinna ferries as well as for getting around Helsinki. Despite being a big property it didn’t feel too busy and was surprisingly quiet

Very helpful and serviceminded staff! Also replying fast from e-mail enquieries before check-in, and at check out! Very helpful with caring for our carparking between checkout and last stretch to Viking Ferry!

Liked sauna which was free of charge. Apartment has a kitchen with all the necessary equipment. Location is really good.

Unfortunately our room was quite hot all night despite the cooling system but admittedly Finland was in the middle of a heatwave! My brother had a room facing away from the sun and his room was very cool and comfortable. Recommend you get a room that doesn’t have a window facing the sun all night

The apartment wasn’t as clean as I had experienced it in previous years. There was a real lack of basic cleaning: kitchen cabinets, the floor under the bed, and the metal strip between the hallway and the bathroom. At least the floor was cleaned again following my suggestion. More emphasis should be placed on this than on the, in my opinion, silly changing of clean towels every two days.

Good located near city centre and near the sea. Nice rooftop terrace.

Extremely small bathroom

Excellent location with easy access to the nearby attractions of Helsinki. Good breakfast included in the package. Plenty of buses to access every part of Helsinki. two minutes walk to the ferry station.

I really enjoyed my stay here: clean studio with everything I needed, with nice common areas (especially the spa is amazing) and in a very nice location. I really felt at home and will definitely repeat the next time I am in Helsinki!
