Great view from the room! Excellent location where you just exit the hotel and you're at the chair lift. Usual eggs/bacon/yogurt/oats breakfast options, albeit really good.

The room sound insulation was bad. Thankfully the neighbours mainly talked, but you could hear in all directions thumbs and people walking. But we didn't spend much time in the room so it's fine. The rooms were also on the older side, so some renovation would be great on that part.

The food was great in the morning and a great addition because it forced us to wake up early and arrive on time to the ski lift before the crowds. The free parking is right besides a ski slope, which makes it very easy to reach your car in case you need something. The ski storage is also next to the same ski slope, so you can take your skis and jump on them the next second.

For some reason there was a cold air coming from ventilation and there was no way to stop it.

I liked that there was a clothes drying machine in the room. Such a useful device if you do outdoor activities and I wish it was in each hotel. The location is also perfect - no need to drive anywhere, just go outside and you are already on a skiing track.

I wish the sauna was open longer hours, 5-9pm made unpractical to use it.

The ski lift is situated just next to the Hotel. The Buffet breakfast is quite extensive and the staff is very welcoming. Free paking.

My room was in another building it is connected to main building, but it is a little challenge to get to the room with all your baggage and snowboard, because of stairs, with no lift, but guy from the staff helped me, thanks to him I’ve reached my room!

The stay was nice, calm, well equipped room, the place is near to the ski lifts, good breakfast, sauna ❤️ and helpful staff! 🫶

Fresh mugs and tea bags were not provided when the room was cleaned - but the room was absolutely lovely, so easy to overlook this very minor point.

Hotel right near to village ski lift. Outdoor storage room too to keep your skis and boards out of your room. Breakfast was nice with a decent variety. We were given a newly renovated room upon request - it was modern, clean, overlooking the ski slopes. It was amazing!!

We paid extra to upgrade our rooms to the main building as it has lifts for our luggage but the window view was so-so.

Breakfast was pretty good with decent amount of vegan options. Dining area was very spacious and clean. Location is quite accessible via public bus. Staff is excellent and knowledgeable about the area and dining options.

Our hotel room was quite far away from the reception and Air conditioning in the room was not efficient. Some of the servings at the breakfast were empty.

Lobby very crowded and facilities a bit dated. All gave the place a good skiing atmosphere but could still be more modern.

SInce the food was organic they were lacking in taste. Almost all foods didnt have texture nor taste.

It had a wide range of foods to choose from, which all were on the healthier side. The food was fresh and came straight from th kitchen, but they werent exactly hot. However the drink selection was very good and they were all tasty.

There was smelly foods left in the room from the previous guests. However we got help with that really quickly.

Excellent breakfast and location, but the highlight was super helpful staff. Always ready to help with a smile! We only had 2 nights at the resort, so we really appreciated the possibility for early check-in and late check-out. Thank you so much!
