The hotel did not but cot in the room - we had to ask for it. Only 2 towels in the room, we booked it for 2 adults and 2 children. The pool was cold, and jacuzzi did not work.

Breakfast was good. Free parking, fine location in Kuopio. Sauna was great.

Breakfest was great, great choice of food. I like also the way the hotel reduces waste of food. Beside this, the room was comfortable big enough, halls are wide.

Heating in the rooms shold be better during cold days. Sauna is not working in the morning.

Nice hotel with large rooms and good shower. It is nicely located close to a lake and it offers a great breakfast buffet. Also it offered a gym, sauna and a pool.

- I wish the breakfast would be longer on weekdays (for example til 10am) - They definitely have the best location in town and also an amazing view (if you book a room with lake view) and I also know that everything got expensive but I still think that the rooms are a bit overpriced.

Only a few charging posts for electric cars. The front yard was not plowed after a nightly snowfall which meant that you had to wade in ankle-deep snow when exiting the building. Not an ideal start for a workday.

Breakfast had all the sort of minimum requirements and plenty to choose from. Parking is divided into two sections. Might get crowded in a more busy season. The room was pretty quiet and the door soundproofing a bit better than usual, I think.

The family room is in fact too small to accommodate 2 adults and 2 teens. Also some part of the shower's door was missing resulting in big flooding in the bathroom. Swimming pool was really too cold

Our kids loved the swimming pool! We also liked having the beach so close. The corona safety restrictions (for example only a certain number of people allowed in the pool at once) seemed to work well.

Getting inside not well designed and guides are missing. Biggest negative side was that pool water was sincerely cold. I didn’t have even slightest chance get into pool. Mine kids lips started to turn blue in few minutes.

Breakfast was not very good, several dishes were already coold and looked like they were not fresh (06:45 in the morning. Was better previous times.

Our room was not enough clean. The sofa-bed for our daughter was not prepares with the bedsheets; There was an old mattress under our bed which was dirty and full of stains. The receptionist helped us to get rid of the mattress but she was reluctant at first saying they had to space to put it. The cups at the sink also had marks they were not clean.

I think it’s a relatively old hotel, it’s definitely not super brand new. But this is not a huge downside compared to the good things.

It has an amazing view, you can have nice walks any time! The stuff is super helpful!
