standard rooms are very small, so a but difficult with 2 people if you have big suitcases and we also travelled with our small dog.

Fresh, clean, and practical with the spa,gym, terrace, and co-working spaces.

The rooms are very small. We took a room for 4 people. There is no wardrobe, no shelf for clothes. The cleaning was not on time. When we asked to clean the room before 3pm, the staff only changed the towels and left the floor dirty. May be there were some misunderstanding, and he hurried.

The rooms were clean. Bed was comfortable. Staff was helpful and welcoming. The breakfast was amazing. Very tasty and multi choice. The souna and pool on the rooftop was nice.

Too much people during breakfast, making difficult to find a table. Maybe the solution is define schedule to avoid accumulation of people.

Modern hotel located 15 minutes of the Helsinki's downtown. Rooms are confortable and with good beds. No noise on the rooms and good views.

The corner of the TV screen was broken. There is a small kitchen but there is not a refrigerator. And no slippers.

The room was so clean. It has a modern layout. You can check in and out by yourself. You don't have to deal with anyone. And breakfast was so good. There was a lot of variety.

The gym doesn’t work 24/7

We chose the hotel last minute and didn't do much research so we were pleasantly surprised by the whole experience. As a new family, it was very delightful to discover a playroom where our little one had chance to explore and play around.

Note that you need to pay extra for a spa Location still a bit far from the centre, not too expensive to get there by taxi but takes around 20-25 minutes

The hotel is very modern and interior design is on point. Rooms are new, clean.

small details such as the choice of material for soap/shampoo holders. You can see that there are corrosion spots. the bed was comfortable but the headrest at an angle made it necessary to lie in a slightly uncomfortable position (a matter of getting used to it)

Thank you for a wonderful stay at the Valo Hotel in Helsinki. Although the room was small, it was perfectly designed and thoughtfully arranged, providing everything I needed. The breakfasts will remain in my memory for a long time, as they were truly delightful each day. I highly recommend this place!

Bit far from the center but the bus is just in front of the hotel. I didn't like it from booking.com, not from the hotel, that it's not really clear that the Sauna is not included and you have to pay for it as per your room reservation.

The staff are very friendly all over the hotel, Reception Terrace bar, sauna, restaurant. Value of money The welness center and spa.... a real relaxing area. The receptionist was very kind and gave me the welness access for free.

It was generally a positive experience. The restaurant was a nice surprise, with breakfasts that were particularly enjoyable - the oatmeal with blueberries was excellent. 😀 The staff was friendly, approachable, and always available when needed. The room offered good comfort for the price, though I did notice some rust in the bathroom, which was a bit disappointing. Despite that, the hotel provided good value for the money, and its location close to the city center made it quite convenient. Overall, it’s a solid choice for the price. 😊

I missed the breakfast bc my flight left early… But this location worked perfectly for my travel plans. The room was comfortable and clean, and I got a full 10 hours of sleep before a long flight ❤️

Breakfast was quite chaotic. Spa was 20euro pp extra which was not clearly communicated anywhere. No reaction on Booking messages. Was offered an upgrade without aworking link through app. When we arrived they said qe were not allowed the upgrade because we booked to bookin.com. everything was OK, but the heart was missing.

The public lobby was quite nice. Great to have brealfast included
