The room smelt so strong of some kind of chemical that was probably sprayed on or under the beds. It was so uncomfortable, the smell of that chemical. There were cockroaches on the floor too.

The pool needs a major renovation pool tiles are very worn out. Need more supply of shower and swimming towels.they kept running out.There is not much to do at the resort. Had to request an additional towel when booking was done for 3 people and only 2 towels were given.

The staff was great. Rooms were in good condition. Bathroom shower was great. The hotel pool is big enough for families to enjoy. The new Truemart location up the road was awesome.

couldn't see the sign from road faded. reception looked u presentable, staff were not forthcoming with information, bees kept flying in not enough toilet paper, no face cloth. no plates, cutlery, had to ask for bowls. rooms not insulated you could hear the neighbours clearly, people kept us awAke. asked for fish curry got chicken with no explanation, rice watery, staff in restaurant not friendly just didn't seem to care, tv not working asked for help no one came, once again staff could care less!, starving skinny cats awful , cobwebs in room, paint flaking off walls, tiles on pool missing, no slides as had said on wall there were some no there wasn't!, couldn't have lunch chef not available terrible service!, door card stops working to room you have to get it looked at everyday at reception ridiculous!, someone banging on our door at 6.30 am then running off how rude!!, we absolutely hated our stay I want our money back, it was disgusting!!!, how horrible this resort treated us like animals!!, I will be letting everyone I know how awful this place is it needs to be shut down!!!.

cockroaches in room, bad smell, no wifi, no blankets, you ask for it two days in a row and maybe will get it on the third day, they wont let you switch rooms either. Be prepared for loud noises and strangers knocking at your door at midnight, no security on staff, this was scary for our entire family, our extended family that stayed here experienced the same thing and checked out the next day. We stayed here as it was close to the location we attended a wedding, we had a very horrible experience. Not staying here again.

From the moment we entered the property to the time of checkout, the experience was disappointing. The staff lacked warmth and hospitality, making us feel unwelcome. The facilities were minimal, with the swimming pool being the only clean and functional amenity. Our room's door wouldn’t lock, so we contacted the receptionist. Maintenance staff was sent to check it, but they simply mentioned it needed repair and assured us reception would follow up. No one contacted us, and we spent a sleepless night worrying because our door remained unlocked. To make matters worse, the walls were so thin that we could hear every keystroke from the adjacent room. Calling this place a resort feels like a stretch. The overall experience was more akin to staying at a remote outpost, where it seems like they're doing you a favor by letting you spend the night.

Sheets that only covered 3/4 of the bed, a ranchslider my partner found too heavy to open, terrible food , a single plug for the fridge and jug, sink plug which didn't work, bed side lamp didn't work. Very isolated and sterile, no sense of Fiji or Fiji decor. Poorly trained staff.

Happy friendly staff. 1 male waiter and 1or 2 others who knew how to do their jobs. Tidy grounds, lovely pool area, with sparkling pool looking out to sea. Room serviced daily.

Comfortable beds

Property is still under construction and TV wires are out of the wall. Pool floor tiles are broken hence risk to cut feet. Food was abysmal. The bedroom lambs hanging too low and you hit your head every time you get out of bed if you are 6 feet or taller

Food was below average and over priced. Bottom sheet on bed did not cover the whole bed. Reception staff weren't that friendly. Inclusive breakfast needs to be described when booking. Asked if I could check in an hour early they said no as they had to make sure the room was ready for us. Arrived with a family of 4 with 2 towels in the room. Electric jug had slime at the bottom. Obviously not checked after each guest. Card key didn't work was locked out of room.

Expected a good beach but it wasn’t good . Kettle was not working. Far away from shops . No bottle water provided . You had to buy water for $8.50 which was 2.50 outside.

We didn’t have breakfast. But we had dinner there . It was good for the price.
