“This is a spectacular villa from the 1880s. Just sit down on the terrace and enjoy a glass or a cuppa, take a swim in the pool, or go for long beautiful walks along the coast. Perfect place to relax a few days.
Some of the facilities are admittedly a bit outdated, and a few areas could do with a coat of paint, so if you are looking for a stay with a top modern kitchen and gadgets, it might not be for you. (Bathrooms are however newly renovated - and the kitchen is very well equipped.)
If on the other side you care more about wonderful architecture, having a beautiful garden with a private pool, and generally lovely scenery and tranquility, this stay is definitely recommended. There are also a handful good restaurants along the water front. Train station is five minutes away, bus station 2 minutes - connections directly to Cannes and Nice, so one does not even need a car.”
