“The check-in was terrible. There was no person at the reception and we waited outside to check in. After that we tried the automatic check in but the machine couldn’t find our name. We called someone from there to the help centre and she was not helpful at all. Almost we waited an hour to finally get a link to my telephone to pay the 8 euro tax and to get a room number. We never had such a terrible experience anywhere and we are not going to book anything with booking.com anymore. Such bad and terrifying experience.”
