    “We arrived very late, past 3am so i was very happy to read that they have 24h front desk service. And the guy at the front desk was so nice and helpful once we arrived he checked us in quickly seeing how tired we are. I didn't get his name and in the morning was already another person so I didn't get to thank him enough.”

    “I so much wanted to score them a 9! I stay here every year: The Staff is wonderful, the rooms are clean, the breakfast is lovely, the facilities including the terrace are really good! They even improved their bathroom amenities compared to last year. I did book a Superior room with King bed (starting category). On my way to the hotel I checked how much extra I would need to pay for a room with terrace. On their Website the price difference to what I already paid was £120 for my 3 nights stay. On arrival I told them that I was happy to pay the difference. Instead I was asked to pay £200. When I asked why, they told me that the prices in their software are always higher... why ? The hotel is left with : Lost revenue - the room most likely sits empty, the costumer is unhappy, there is no logic behind it... Hopefully the Management addresses this”
