We had stayed there a few years before and knew how good it had been and continued to be. One attraction was the quality of cuisine in their kitchen with superb dinners and excellent breakfasts. The staff were delightful from the paron, Michel Chabran to Tom at Reception and the rest of the staff. The rooms were good and the beds comfortable”
