“The accomodation was perfect for me. It's in a half basement so there was little natural light and low ceilings but this meant it stayed relatively cool with the outside temperatures in the mid to high thirties. It was very clean and functional and super quiet. I could leave my electric bike in the garden which was secured by an electronic gate. I parked my car on the street outside close to the entrance. It was less than 10 mins cycling to the centre of Tours. Alain the owner met me with the keys on time and showed me around the place. He was very friendly and spoke pretty good English. He lives in the apartment above but I never saw him again. I just had to put the keys in the postbox when leaving. It was a very relaxing and stress free stay.”
“The villa is stunning, the surrounding area is stunning. The host is incredibly willing and helpful, his colleagues far surpassed our expectations in terms of welcoming us and our children, showing us how things work and where they are etc. The vast size of the home is not shown in the available photos, it really is absolutely huge. My family have various health needs, the villa is entirely accessible. The drive from Le Shuttle was scenic, peaceful, smooth, and very easy. We can't wait to return to Villa Neves.”
