  “The instructions were clear, straightforward and easy to follow. The room was clean and the bed, including the sofa bed along with the pillows and duvets were super comfy. The kitchen is properly equipped for a short stay with tea, coffee and sugar provided. We didn't realised we had to turn the heating on prior to getting the boiler to start for the shower to work. I guess each country works differently, so to all future guests, once you check in, you should consider doing so. Communication with the host/owner was great and he was prompt to reply to any questions asked. The location is nice, situated around a quiet neighbourhood. The nearest tram stop, Trois Communes (under a bridge) is about 5 mins walk to the accommodation, or you can opt to stop at Verdun - Hoche, which is almost the same distance or maybe a slightly a few mins longer. All in all, we had a lovely stay and will soon be back in Paris again!”
