Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United StatesOn our initial arrival we had some confusion as to where the place was and how to get access.Once we got in contact with the host we got things figured out. This was mainly due to poor cell coverage. Since we were walking everywhere it didn't matter much to us but if you have trouble with mobility then the access to this apartment would not be ideal. Matter of fact most of this area is terraced with steep climbs accessible by stairs.
The place was really clean and quiet. We left the windows open at night and could hear the waves and see the palace lit up. I actually kept myself awake because I would just stare out the window listening and watching the night sky. Very relaxing. Nice single serving espresso maker in the kitchen with everything you would need to make meals. Nice vietnamese restaurant next to the apartment which was a nice change and the people were very nice. There is a cafe which has fresh items for breakfast and lunch. Have your French ready as they will get annoyed with your lack of French very quickly. Right on the corner past the cafe is the Casino shop which was a nice grocery. There are a couple of nice restaurants on the block to eat at night. .

United KingdomThis is not about the property, more about how to get there. It’s a very steep slope/hill which could be tricky if you have walking problems, small children or lots of luggage. The parking was tricky too, but once you’re parked I would not move your car as everything is accessible.
The apartment was completed to a new and modern finish, with everything you could wish for during your stay. It was lovely to arrive to the air conditioned room after a hot journey. The beach is accessible from some steep steps, or you can drive and park (I would avoid this!) Monaco is a short walk. We took a taxi in, but was trickier to find one out so we enjoyed the late night walk through Monaco. The host was very attentive and responsive, providing us with clear details on how to enter the property, where to park and even where to get food.

PolandAbsolutely nothing!
Despite the fact that the apartment is located in a rather old building, the apartment is very nice and comfortable! There is no unpleasant smell of dampness. It's very clean! It literally has everything!!! Two TVs, air conditioning, a comfortable large bed and sofa. The bathroom has everything you need, even cotton swabs! The kitchen is very well equipped, everything is clean and in working order. There are all the spices, salt, and coffee capsules. You can hear the sound of the sea from the window, and from the bedroom window, you can see the Prince's Palace of Monaco. There’s a good beach nearby, where you can rent a pedal boat or SUP board! The host is incredibly nice, always accommodating, and ready to help! He sent very detailed instructions that made everything clear from the start! I wholeheartedly recommend this apartment! We rented three apartments across the Riviera, and this was the best one in this price range.

RomaniaVery difficult to find a parking space when we came back from visiting. There is a short (or long) walk from the car to the building and also a lot of stairs. For us was not a problem because we did not have many luggages
The apartament is just like the photos, clean and nice, recently renovated. The host was very kind and helped us park the car at our arrival

FranceThe apartment is very well located, a short walk to the marquet beach, a wonderful bakery and a little supermarket. A bus stop is right outside and the hosts were waiting for us when we arrived and helped us find a free parking spot. The inside of the apartment is modern, clean, well equipped and air-conditioned. I highly recommend it!
