Decor is a bit dated and there are a couple of stains on the communal areas that need a tidy up.

Great room sizes, not far from the metro. And very good value for money. Reception staff very helpful and bonus most are bilingual. Would stay again.

The property is dated and does need a refresh. In our studio unit the microwave and the main room light wasn't working. The mini fridge and stove, as well as utensils etc. we're handy to have though.

We stayed in a studio, which was a spacious room especially for Paris. Hotel is about a 5min walk from a metro station (Gabriel Peri, line 13) which is about a 20min train ride away to main sights. There were places to eat nearby and a big supermarket. Neighbourhood was quiet. They had a self service laundry you can use through an app. Staff were nice.

Rather old rooms need to be refreshed, no soundproofing. But the worst is the breakfast: very poor choice doesn't correspond to its price of 12 euros and unfriendly person working there.

The ladies at the reception are all very nice. Their male colleagues could be more welcoming and friendly, they were missing the customer approach.

the first room we got was smelling very badly (like rotten fish), the guy at the reception was very helpful and agreed to change the room (upgrading to a superior one) without extra costs. the corridor was always smelling food (sometimes burnt) as the kitchen is available within each room, not very pleasant. different information from different receptionist (one said the room would be cleaned every 3 days, another one after 7 - it ended up to be right the 7…not properly explained when booking!)

We stayed in a double room. the beds were comfortable and the pillows as well (extra pillows were available in the room). it was easy to access it from the metro Gabriel Peri on M13.

I booked 2 rooms and one room did not had the shower curtain (it was exactly same case when I stayed at the same place 5 months before as well). the floor carpet is very dirty and stained a lot all over the hotel - high time to put a new one

The property is ok, if like us you are only going to use it to sleep at night and be out all day. Yes the carrots didn’t feel clean and were sticky but the bathroom is clean and spacious. The staff is ok, we asked for an early check in if possible as we reached at 1pm … they said 2:45om not before that. We were very tired from our 18hr journey so just wanted to crash… but we went for lunch and came back at 2:45 but room still was given by 3:15pm. It’s 20-25min ride to city centre but metro is not far 10min walk… overall if you are just going to use it to sleep at night great stay

Disappointed with communication from Booking.com customer service team - very poor.

Good location - 30 minutes to Champs Elysee by metro or bike. Good kitchen facilities, including plates and cutlery. Quite large room and good quality memory foam bed.

The cleaning staff should visit more often the rooms. The shower curtain was missing. I think that there is no air condition. Room overall needs renovating.

The room was spacious. The bad was comfortable. The breakfast was great! The hotel was near the market and metro station. Later I found out that this was considered as a dangerous neighborhood, but I really do not understand why. Nevertheless the police station is next to the hotel. It was so quiet and nice and I think we got a really good deal. It was helpful that the room had microwave and some dishes so you could really save the money if you are traveling on a budget.

I requested a baby cot that was not provided. Even when I asked at the reception, the receptionist was "not responsible" and "there was nothing he could do".

- There were some (foot?) marks on the ceiling. - TP in our room not enough for 2 people for 4 days. - The hallway smelled of food (same food, actually) during our entire stay (4 nights), regardless of time of day/night. True, some of our neighbors seemed to have the doors to their rooms open more than they had them closed. - Not too many salty options for breakfast, most of the food was sweet. - Although within walking distance to and from the metro, the actual walk is more than a couple of minutes and can become tiresome.

Till now I did not receive the promised invoice. Reception closed at 6pm on arrival, I was informed only 2 hours prior and was lucky to arrive at 5:50pm.

The room should have been much cleaner and especially the carpet: it had nasty stains. For some reason my keycard kept malfunctioning after one day, so I had to ask for a new one each of my three day stay. People on the floor where I stayed were let's-boil-cabbage enthousiasts, which made the hallway smell terrible. Water pressure could have been better. All in all, this was not the apartment-hotel experience I was going for, despite the aforementioned friendly staff.

The staff is knowledgable and patient and helped me out with something I didn't understand. My room (first floor) was reasonable is size. The beds are comfortable enough. I liked the lightning in the room, with a couple of different lights I was able to have change between daylight work-environment en night-time pre-sleep mood. I enjoyed a complimentary coffee, thank you to the staff for that. The location of the place is good, with a subway station nearby (5 minutes walkway) and facilities like a bakery and supermarktes.

Nothing. It is very basic accommodation but extremely clean and the rooms are practical.

Very clean. The rooms are small but practical with lots of cupboard space and some studios have a small terrace. The bedding was excellent quality, we had 3 great nights sleep. Staff was incredibly helpful. Breakfast had to be taken up to the room because of Covid but it was a good size. The location was perfect for us as we had family living just 400m down the road.

Just too far from the Orly airport. Takes 75 minutes trip.

Friendly staff, rooms with many useful appliances. Close to the grocery store! Great overall experience. Merci beaucoup.
