Brakfast was a bit poor for a price: croissants, friut and charcuterie choice and amount could be better. Eggs - DYI, no ready warm foods like omelette etc, no veggies at all. No capsule coffee machine as on room photos available in the appartment. Appartment itself was a bit dusty and stuffy. Very thick cussions. No shampoo available in the bathroom, just a hand soap.

Location was quite comfy, good comunication with city, nice park with zoo nearby. Many nice places around. Also cafès and shops are near. Available parking is a big +. Stuff very helpful.

The Italian shower had no glass door, so the water was running on the bathroom floor. The staff had no issue with it, though.

There's everything you need. Big bedroom and big bathroom. Buffet breakfast included in the price. Great location. Shopping centre at 5 min walk. Restaurants, cafes.... in the street.

Is very close to the highway and hence lot of noise when windows are open. No room cleaning even if stayed for 3 nights. We had to take our own trash to basement to dispose of. Kitchen is too small.

We did not try breakfast, because for 14 euros it is more interesting to eat somewhere in the city or cook yourself. The laptop did not fit into the safe, although the laptop size is normal.

Good furniture, new high-quality tableware, a new clean and pleasant bathroom. Minimalistic, but there is everything you need. The room has a small balcony, the view is pleasant. At first, the room was cold, but it is easily adjustable thanks to the heater and the possibility to open the balcony. Polite and helpful staff.

We arrived a bit late at night, around 23h or midnight and the IT/booking system had to be reset so we could check-in, so we just waited more than 40 min in the reception, because they didnt have access to our reservation. Not anyone's fault but still not what you want after a late flight.

Ok for a few nights in the center of Paris. We choose this place for its location near Gare de Lyon and only stay on night. Nice reception area with board games, with free tea, coffee and water. You could also get snacks. After our check out in the morning, we stay a few hours remote working in that area.

The safe was broken and couldn’t be used although someone did come to try and fix it. The wardrobe doors were tricky to slide open. Only basic equipment in the kitchen. The apartment felt quite spartan in terms of fixtures and decor.

Staffs are little rude and hotel didn't have the capability to check in before 3pm,we were ready to pay extra even. House keeping service everyday is chargeable.

We liked the proximity of the hotel to metro,tram and supermarket, all of them are in a walkable distance and 24 hours help desk. Hotel arranged temporary storage room in case you arrive before 3 pm

Furniture to old need replaced, sofa had very disgusting stain on the pillows. The apartment need more wall hanger,something to be more functional.

We stayed 4 nights ( without breakfast) overall was good experience. Good location near the metro station, shopping mail , bakery etc. Quiet and warm small apartment with kitchenette.

One of the bedside lights had a broken lightbulb, but we informed the staff and they disposed of it. One bedside table was broken and the other missing. The english instructions for the hot plates were translated incorrectly and therefore misleading (and a bit dangerous as we initially couldn't figure out how to turn them off again). The shower fixture came off the wall, if one was not careful.

The bed was comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed for 4 days (minus a cutting board). The room was clean and we didn't find any signs of bedbugs. The staff was friendly.

Extendable bed looks old but still offers a comfortable sleep. Some small size dishes/pans would be appreciated.

Location is good (metro, tram nearby), apartment is clean and quiet although roads are close, the reception desk is great and hosts are really kind and hospitable. I can definitely recommend it for families with children, also the Zoo nearby. Good value overall.

The place is really old. It needs some renovation. I have lived in a lot better places for the price paid.

The staff is welcoming and they let us check in even after 11:00 in the night. 5-7minutes walk to liberte metro station.

We booked a room for 4. The sofa bed wasn't made. Their reply was: we never make the bed. Fortunately they gave us some sheets to do it ourselves. Very uninterested people at the reception. The hallway was dirty and smelling.
