LithuaniaBrakfast was a bit poor for a price: croissants, friut and charcuterie choice and amount could be better. Eggs - DYI, no ready warm foods like omelette etc, no veggies at all. No capsule coffee machine as on room photos available in the appartment. Appartment itself was a bit dusty and stuffy. Very thick cussions. No shampoo available in the bathroom, just a hand soap.
Location was quite comfy, good comunication with city, nice park with zoo nearby. Many nice places around. Also cafès and shops are near. Available parking is a big +. Stuff very helpful.

KazakhstanWe did not try breakfast, because for 14 euros it is more interesting to eat somewhere in the city or cook yourself. The laptop did not fit into the safe, although the laptop size is normal.
Good furniture, new high-quality tableware, a new clean and pleasant bathroom. Minimalistic, but there is everything you need. The room has a small balcony, the view is pleasant. At first, the room was cold, but it is easily adjustable thanks to the heater and the possibility to open the balcony. Polite and helpful staff.

PortugalWe arrived a bit late at night, around 23h or midnight and the IT/booking system had to be reset so we could check-in, so we just waited more than 40 min in the reception, because they didnt have access to our reservation. Not anyone's fault but still not what you want after a late flight.
Ok for a few nights in the center of Paris. We choose this place for its location near Gare de Lyon and only stay on night. Nice reception area with board games, with free tea, coffee and water. You could also get snacks. After our check out in the morning, we stay a few hours remote working in that area.

GermanyOne of the bedside lights had a broken lightbulb, but we informed the staff and they disposed of it. One bedside table was broken and the other missing. The english instructions for the hot plates were translated incorrectly and therefore misleading (and a bit dangerous as we initially couldn't figure out how to turn them off again). The shower fixture came off the wall, if one was not careful.
The bed was comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed for 4 days (minus a cutting board). The room was clean and we didn't find any signs of bedbugs. The staff was friendly.

Location is good (metro, tram nearby), apartment is clean and quiet although roads are close, the reception desk is great and hosts are really kind and hospitable. I can definitely recommend it for families with children, also the Zoo nearby. Good value overall.
