How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
Guidelines and Standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

Verified reviewThe setup of property was good as per concept of apartment-hotel, so you have space to cook yourself. Nearby are some superstores too to get the groceries. However all what was shown in pictires was not there. There was no coffee machine or kettle to boil water in the room.
Firstly, there was hidden fees of refundable 50 euros for security which you get returned after you check-out. I HAVEN’T RECEIVED MINE still. I WANT MY MONEY BACK, YOU GUYS DO FALSE CLAIMS. And Honestly, the staff there have no hotel hospitality etiquettes. Mostly were cold rude staff except for one nice lady Niaomi for rest of them I seriously think they need some serious hospitality training, in my life experience I had never seem such cold, rude hotel staff, so its my serious recommendation to Hotel management please work on this. And to this particular Lady, I am forgetting her name but she comes mostly in day shift bit short, fair, age 40+, fuller body type, I would suggest hotel staff to maybe put her on special training she needs it, this one had attitude of I don’t know what level. We were waiting for check-in since morning 10;30 a.m we even asked for early check-in the morning staff said no you can’t. This lady came in afternoon and it was 2 pm still an hour and when I asked her again this one says so arrogantly “ its 30 euros for early check-in, do you want to pay that for just 1 hour before” the tone I can still recall like a very stupid commanding teacher, excuse me who are you, shouldn’t be hotel staff more polite. I didn’t said anything that time. Next we were waiting and were feeling hungary since we were travelling already for more than 12 hours and check-in was at 3 pm so we went nearby to pickup something we came back by 2:45 pm and at 2;55 pm when we said at reception we want to check-in this lady said to ys to wait since there were 2 group of ppl who arrived before us, but when we said that we were there since morninh 10:30 she started yelling and arguing saying that we left and she saw us and now she will only check-in us after all those people, where is the politness or hospitality are we in under some dictatorship where we will get punished. My husband asked if we can cancel, she said “no” with an attitude and when he tried to explain she

Unpleasant experience overall. Reception staff (man and woman with glasses) were unfriendly, no welcoming attitude. The reception area smelled of sweat and was uncomfortably hot. They required a €50 deposit, which was only returned after check-out. The door card failed multiple times, the phone in the room didn’t work, and the fridge was very noisy. On top of that, the hotel refused to correct an invoice mistake, even though I had requested it to be issued to my company several times before printing. Would not recommend.

Verified reviewroztashuvannya, clean.
1) On the first day, from 1 a.m. to 7 a.m., the electricity on the floor went out, as a result, the room was stuffy and hot, the air conditioner did not work, it was impossible to charge gadgets, etc. We woke up at 1 a.m. from the stuffiness and heat and were unable to rest comfortably until the morning. The staff was unable to quickly figure out and fix the problem with the electricity until the morning. 2) Upon check-in, they required a deposit of 50 euros. The ad on Booking does not indicate that a deposit is required. 3) The water drain in the sink in the bathroom did not work, it was impossible to use it, since when you opened the tap, the water collected and did not flow down.

Verified reviewClean room, perfect for a city break with ensuite and a kitchenette but with the option for breakfast- the breakfasts are absolutely worth it!!! So delicious :-) :-) :-). Additionally- really friendly helpful staff. Would definitely stay again.
No real issues- it is just outside the ring road so to get to the major monuments between 30-50 minutes combination walking and metro but obviously cheaper than the centre- we found it no problem but get pre-organised (always important for a Paris trip any way).

Verified reviewThe reception team which included Tom, Naomi and others, were all very helpful and always around to help with any questions we had. There were two lifts which is always good, very decent sized room, with a little kitchenette, bathroom very spacious, breakfast had limited but all the basic options and was decent. The breakfast ladies were very polite and helpful as well. The reception and seating area was very nice and had a nice vibe, with a little garden at the back which also had a swing seat. You could refill your water as many times as you wanted from the fountain at reception. They let us check in an hour early and also help us keep our bags safe in the luggage room after check out. There are two metro stations walking distance from the hotel and has multiple bus stops. Only at 27 mins car ride to CDG airport. They also multiple halal food options in the area.
They don't have room service, so any cleaning has to be done by oneself, which is fine, but would be helpful to know from the start. The shower doors need adjusting as the water leaks from beneath them when any takes a shower, so we used towels to stop that from happening. We did mention it to them, they said they'd look into it. The thermostat is fixed and is controlled centrally so the temp cannot be changed.

Verified reviewThe hotel was okay, except for the ceiling, it should be renovated as well as the sound of sewerage. The room was overall clean and nice, the bed was comfortable. But the personnel is the biggest problem, not welcoming and nice ( only some of them).

Verified reviewLoved the access, easy to get to the metro and close to many restaurants, just far enough that we didn't get stuck with traffic for tour de france.
Needed a kettle in the room and struggled with the aircon but they did give us a coffee machine and the rooms have massive windows which allow cool air in, so that helped a lot
