Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

GermanyThe hotel entrance right after entering the code is very smelly. Need more deep vacuum. The Wi-Fi is very slow . I have to depend on my personal Mobile for internet.

United States of AmericaMy room was in Floor 5, the carpet for not just the apartment but the entire floor smells weird like old cooking oil. It was a bit overwhelming first but we kinda got used to it I guess. Other than that I don’t find any negatives.
Location is right next to metro. Even though it’s away from the city center, the Paris metro is frequent even at late night hours. It was convenient to take the train to all the Paris attractions including Versailles palace. Also the next stop is La Defense which has a Westfield mall connected to the station with good restaurants in the food court. The apartment was spacious and the sofa bed was not uncomfortable for the kids. The utensils in the kitchen was helpful. We had a view of Eiffel Tower in the distance and was great fun for the kids when it was lit up at the night.

BahrainThe shampoo smelled like sewage. The bed is too small for two people and sooo uncomfortable. They have a policy that you are only allowed clean towels to be changed once in your whole stay so no room service and one time towel change only. The entrance to this hotel is a bit complicated and ubers cannot get there to pick you up.
Good space in the room. Very close to the train station.

SloveniaThe age is showing, the place should probably be renovated. We have some issues with the swipe card to open the room door, it had to be replaced twice.
For our purposes (shopping in the area, some visits downtown, a trip to Cergy), the location was great. The kitchen is very usable, well equipped.

FranceThe biggest problem that we had was searching for the parking. We came by car and it took us one hour to find the parking nearest the hotel. Maybe next time, make it a priority to update the exact address for the parking. It was not the same address as published.
The one bedroom apartment was clean, well equipped and comfortable.

CanadaNo ability to purchase water bottles after hours when super markets are closed. Vending machine was not always stocked with water. Very difficult for an uber to pick you up as there is no nearby street, requires you to walk out further out due to construction and it being a business district area. I was able to order a taxi through Adagio's reception and they made it work out nicely so I did not have to walk out.
For the most part, staff were welcoming and very friendly. The metro was easily accessible, approx a 2-5 minute walk. There is a great mall with tons of options for stores, it was a 15-20 minute walk. The room, furniture and towels were very clean. There is air conditioning that actually works which was very nice. Lastly, wifi was slow at times but overall great to have.

The place is located very near central Paris, the metro is a few steps only from the apartment. The La Defense is a massive place which is just nearly 1 km from the apartment. Massive shopping centre and places to eat. The apartment is a good value for money but it requires updating and maintenance repairs. The sofa bed that we put our 2 boys complained that it was uncomfortable, and they felt 'itchy'. I didn't bother reporting this as I don’t really want to destroy the mood of our holiday in Paris... Staff were excellent, one guy allowed us to leave our belongings for free and we managed to have lunch at the La Defense without the hassle of having our luggages with us. Overall it wasn't a bad place. I just hope they do routine maintenance repair... it could have been a great place.

Additionaly in a short distance there is a shopping center where you can buy anything you want or have a coffee , a drink or eat .
