Good location not only if You plan to travel by train, but You can easy reach the center of the town by foot in 10 min. Personal is nice and helpfull It seemed safe and nice place to stay

The room facing the train station was noisy all night long

The 3 apartments suited our family of 11 perfectly. The kids loved the games room. A 5 min walk to train and bus station, and 5 min to grocery store.

Not very clean in my experience. The bathroom and bedroom were fine, but the kitchen less so. Bit old and drab, except for the reception. Noisy. Not the street, but I could here other people in other rooms, including a crying baby.

Close to the train station. Very good opening hours of the reception desk. Elevators. Shower gel provided.

Perfect place for meetings around the train station. Not so easy to find. But managed to find it. The staff was very gentle and polite.

We didn't like the check-in procedure. The staff asked to present the bank card with which was paid the the room. If the payment was done by other person, than you cannot get the room? This should be improved. As well the room has only 1 towel and receptionist is issuing another 1 if you have booked the room for two. If the staff is aware that there is a booking for two persons why not to put additional towel to the room straight away. No cleaning during 4 days stay is ok, however you have to remove all the trash by yourself after your stay otherwise you will be charged for cleaning, however no even price was indicated. The bathtub didn't look great, the silicon had mold and had to be changed. The universal knife should be provided for the guests' convenience.

The location was pretty good as we're traveling by train and had late arrival and early departure. The aparthotel is located in 5 minutes walking from the railway station and 8 minutes from Carrefour. The city centre is accessible by walking. The room had a small kitchen, that was a plus.

Unfortunately a bit run down. In the bathroom there were some tiles broken, and there were stains on the door that did not go away. Everything was clean, but some things just need to be replaced.

It was a big apartment and comfortable for 3 people, however, there was a weird smell throughout. The location is excellent and very well connected to the public transport. Railway station is 5 mins by walk.

The bed was a bit too hard for my taste. I missed some basics that are usually offered in hotels, like sugar and coffee. Unfortunately the room is not soundproof. The room doors are very heavy and tend to shut automatically and very loudly, so I heard a lot the other guests in the hall coming and going.

The room was very well-equipped: a small kitchen with kettle, microwave, stove, pots, cuttlery, etc. The bathroom was very modern. I thought initially it would be loud because it is very close to the train station but, even though I could hear some things every now and then, it was not as much as I had imagined.

The air con was not working, had to keep the windows open which meant we heard the trains all night which was distracting

Bit dated and a bit like a hostel. Night security man was more interested in talking on line with his friend than being of any assistance (apparently there was no more 'special water' to refill the bottle at the front desk. Area also a little 'sketchy' with lots of individuals hanging around the area coming up from town late at night.

it is very basic the room smelled like smokers had been there. the windows opened which was helpful. parking is included which was a bonus. the photos do make it appear a little more than it really is. breakfast is available but not included. the staff were fantastic!

The room smelt like cigarette smoke and the shower head was covered in black mould. I haven’t had to stay in a place before where you had to throw out your rubbish or be charged a cleaning fee.
