The rooms are a little dated, the size and value made up for this.

Fabulous location, in the heart of the town. Large room for 2 adults and 3 children. Swimming pool lovely and long hours. Parking onsite (charge)

The room was clean but attention needed paying to cleanliness behind the furniture as built up dust and some other guests items left there.

The pool was lovely and warm and the facilities were great for a 3 star hotel.

Parking not tall enough for people carrier with roof box, ended up parking a mile away. 15 Euro per person for breakfast is far too much. Overall very tired hotel, not recommended

Unfortunately the bed was way too hard for us.

Friendly staff at check in who gave us lots of information. The swimming pool was fantastic and was a bonus after a long day of walking. Plenty of towels and good water pressure in the shower. The room was large.

Great welcome at reception. Small town hotel but very comfortable. Not feeling well enough to go out for dinner the lovely lady on reception helped my husband organise a meal with the next door restaurant who delivered it to our room. Very grateful. Right in the centre of town good underground secure parking. Rooms are small but great for a short stay again lovely staff.

    Room was very basic.

Staff very friendly, beautiful bakery just round the corner. Garage parking for 12 Euros. Perfect stop over before heading into the alps. Pool and sauna were a nice added extra for the kids to play.

It would have been great if there had been the necessaries for making tea (an electric kettle, etc) in the bedroom

This is our second visit and I must commend the staff’s friendliness and the hotel facilities (warm-water indoor pool, sauna and Turkish bath). It is perfect for families. My boy loved it!!

The room smelled bad, it was really hot and the bathroom was old. The mattress was very uncomfortable and the room key did not fit well in the old door lock. In the hall there wasn't light and the elevator floor was wet from the pool.

No aircon, it hits mid thirties in the summer and very warm at night with just portable fans to push warm air around. Hotel is looking dated and could do with bringing into millenium. Not quite up to some others that are out there for same price. Sporadic free broadband, tireless continual logging on if lucky to be able too.

Closeness to the hotel to the centre of town and the shops and restaurants. Health suite facilities and indoor pool. Secure paid parking.

The room for 4 persons was supposed to have 40 sqm according booking.com, but in reality it was much (30%) smaller - not even 28/29 sqm. Also the pictures had nothing to do with the real room. No bathtub, though advertised. And the room very stuffy and humid. The staff was not helpful but ignorant when we told them about this discrepancy. Will certainly not book this hotel again.

We chose to dine in the hotel's restaurant, fairly high price but acceptable - however - from ordering both 2 main dishes and, as required, 2 desserts, 45 minutes passed until main dish arrived and then, after a further 45 minutes an enquiry of what we would like for dessert! Explosion by me which resulted in all drinks becoming 'gratuit'. We gave up on the pudding at that point. While I was eating the long awaited main course the English speaking waiter crouched down to breathe in my ear asking if the food was to our liking. Aaaargh! I jumped.

Central location, cheap-ish price. Room OK but slightly dark as window in a corner. Perfectly comfortable beds, bathroom spacious although a bit dark. Just a few steps away are the Park, a delightful place to sit on a bench in the sun, the Thermes building and the central part of the town.

Horrible tiny room for the price and no ventilation in the room, just a door to the balcony. No airconditioning. Do not book this hotel in the summer. A hostel after this horrible experience had AC and lovely breakfast. They had canned fruits in breakfast and no fresh fruits, just unacceptable for a hotel that charges 100 euros upwards for a night. Overall terrible.
