Nothing it was perfect for our short stay in Paris.

Room and bathroom was extremely clean. Great sized room and fantastic location with local market and shops. Ideal for families. The staff we so friendly and incredibly helpful and attentive. We loved the convenience of having the Metro close by and the luggage store so we could drop our bags off and make the most of the day before we could check in and check out. My son and I would definitely stay here again. Loved the area of Convention on the L12, an easy commute everywhere.

This is not our first time staying at the hotel so there were no unexpected surprises. However, this was our first time staying there in winter. Our only grouse was that the WC/toilet is unheated - but it's pretty much like that in many hotels in Europe. Although we could adjust the heating in our room, we realised that it was always rather chilly and only after speaking to the front desk did they tell us that they had programmed the temperature of our room. Coming from Asia, this was rather surprising as we are allowed to regulate our own temperature - otherwise there would not be a thermostat in the room. However, they did increase the temperature for us - to a more comfortable degree and so after that, it was all right. Another thing was that the cleaning lady came earlier than our checkout time and was not too pleased that we were still in the room. We were already getting ready to leave by then, but her countenance said it all.

We like the location. There is a supermarket within walking distance and a grocer's market is at your very doorstep on certain days - great Parisian vibe. There are also brasseries near the metro and bakeries along the way. The location is great. It's only about a 10 min stroll to the metro.

Nothing really. The hotel suited our purpose. We will probably stay there again.

Room was clean and soundproofed from the road, beds were very comfy. Breakfast was ok but quite basic with a lot of processed meat there are lots of places nearby with probably more atmosphere.

Street noise & noise from other rooms. Need ear plugs to sleep tight. A bit far away from the city centre.

The hotel is located in a safe residence zone. The room is tidy and clean. The single bed is small but comfortable.

I stayed at the best room 49. Love it! 2 things there: maybe to put a curtain dividing the shower to the toilet. And put the light to inside of the bathroom. Not a big deal but maybe would be better.

The staff was so kind, helpful and professional. All the chouette all over the place gave the hotel a clever and cute characteristic look..I’m Very satisfied. We will certainly come back. A bientout!

Very close to places you probably want to be. Buses with 50m ! A bit of walk if you lots of luggage from the metro though. Excellent breakfast try to stay or check out on Sunday so you can experience the market right outside

The distance to attractions was quite far on foot, but the metro station was in 5 min distance from the hotel.

Our room was cozy and nice. The receptions were friendly and helped for early luggage storage. Also there was a supermarket very closeby.

My friend and I stayed in Paris for a short break before Christmas. The theme of the hotel captured our eyes and the owls were cute! The neighbourhood was fun to stay in, with a few antique shops and a market open thrice a week. The staff were friendly and super helpful. The rooms were spacious and clean and the beds were comfy. Literally nothing to complain about. I would stay again with Chouette next time in Paris.

WiFi wasn’t always good, the pillows could be better and the temperature higher in the room during winter

It was perfect for the first stay in Paris, king size bed, the best location, plenty of establishments near the hotel, stunning room with two big windows, soundproofing and good breakfast, oh and the hotel tends to be sustainable which we liked! L’occitane soaps and shampoos also made a big deal.

Sometimes, we couldn't use hot water(both shower and sink). It was winter so we had a hard time. In addition, we couldn't flow water in sink first day.

Easy wifi access and very good connection speed.

We were greeted by a very rude and sarcastic receptionist. Arrived there 6mins before 14h (checked in time) and advised us to just leave our things as we came early and she can’t guarantee if our room is available by 2. We were traveling with a baby so we had to change her in the waiting area. Finally she checked us in 10mins past 2. I then asked if our room is ready.. and she quoted “i wouldn’t let you check in if its not”. Like guests should know there policy thingy and remember she clearly told us our room might not be ready at 2. The management should take this kind of behavior seriously. Lastly, bathroom is very small. it’s impossible to take a shower.. you need to sit down. 🫣

Location is great… near the metro and few walks to take the bus directly to gare de l’est. Decent size of bed and room itself.

Excellent location, conveniently close to the metro yet situated in a neighborhood with great eateries and a serene atmosphere. The rooms were clean and recently refurbished, surpassing the usual Parisian standards for cleanliness. The breakfast offered a delightful variety of options. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. I would definitely recommend it.
