Regarding the toilet light, I confirm that a note was indeed taken by my colleague at the reception upon your report. She forwarded the information in writing to our technical service. We apologize if the intervention was not carried out quickly; it is possible that our maintenance agent had several requests in progress that day. Regarding the access card to your room, it can sometimes be deactivated upon contact with a mobile phone or a bank card. This may lead to a malfunction, but it is by no means intentional. However, faced with a strong last-minute demand, we decided to open it exceptionally that evening. We are sincerely sorry if this could have led to confusion. Know that even without a prior reservation, you could have dined on site, subject to availability. It’s never too late to come see us at the reception or directly at the restaurant: we always do our best to welcome our clients, even at the last minute. Regarding the pool, we are sorry if its condition did not meet your expectations.
