Great hotel in the middle of Les Gets really well located for everything with a free underground car park. Good facilities with the outdoor pool and great value.

I enjoyed the simple and clean place, the staff is very pleasant. And breakfast is not to miss, it is super nice. The weather was nice so we enjoyed the swimming pool as well.

Our rooms were a bit cramped - but that may be the norm given the style of building in Les Gets (unless you opt for luxury places, I guess). We also experienced an issue with smell in one bathroom - but the staff made genuine efforts to address it and in the end waived our breakfast charges as a nice gesture.

Good location - reasonably close to the ski lifts, although still a little trek if loaded with skis and walkig in ski boots! There is a 'train' shuttle going from 100 m away - but note that this seems to fail to appear around lunchtime. Extremely friendly and helpful hosts! The breakfast is excellent: self-service for a wide and choice of eggs, bacon (fry your own!), pancakes, breads and pastry (even tarts!), fruits, etc, including press-your-own juices ad make-your-own-smoothies. Plus a great selection of Savoyard cheeses. Only quibble at breakfast would be the coffee: very bitter. Note that the restaurant - which has gotten good reviews here - no longer exists (but there's plenty of good ones in the immediate neighbourhood). They do offer useful small (fresh) meals in jars, cheap and ready to take away and warm up. The bar, open late and with very reasonable prices, is another plus. Loved the balconies - ours overlooking the village church and the high snow-capped mountains beyond.

A bit of overnight noise in the street below a couple of nights but this was not the fault of the hotel.

Somtrimes the fire was a little smokey, but that's only a very minor point

The head room could have been more spacious we were hitting our heads on the beams.

We enjoyed the stay, it was comfortable and clean and the ski hire shop was opposite, there was a button lift within 2 mins walk so we could join the lift and ski down to the gondola, which was excellent. Also within a few minutes walk of the town and a number of excellent restaurants surrounded the property.

    Nothing..

Lovely hotel with fabulous hosts, nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is in a great location for both summer and winter activities, a few minutes walk into the main part of the town. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, the daily housekeeping a real plus. The kitchen was well equipped, a godsend with two picky eaters, and a great way to make your holiday money stretch a bit further. The pool/hot tub kept the children entertained for hours, giving me chance to get an hour or two in the sun. Garage for parking and a secure store and cleaning facilities for bikes. All made for a great summer break in a most beautiful place. None of us wanted to leave..! We will definately return.

Only a small point but we would have liked a kitchen cleaning pack to be included, given the requirement to leave the kitchen area clean on checkout. Fridge was quite loud in the bedroom.

Excellent location in the town, looking out towards the main chair lift. Well appointed room with balcony, kitchenette, spacious bathroom, and comfy bed. Secure garage parking for our motorbike. Very warm welcome, friendly manager. Excellent value for money at the time we went. The outdoor pool looked good, shame we didn't have time to use it.

Although the spa area (very basic spa not quite the right description) was 18+ most people used it as a kindergarten. Families piled into the jacuzzi, small children pulling open sauna doors and standing in the steam room. Running around, screaming etc. Dangerous but not the hotels fault .

Cant complain about the hotel, there were a few 'brits' who came in late one night and let off steam, waking every up, but you can get that anywhere.

Good location for a skiing trip, close to the heart of the town with all the cafes bars and restaurants, the room had a kitchenette but we took the hotel breakfast and ate out in the evenings. Staff very welcoming. We had a room opening on to the Main Street which was chalming in the evening to enjoy the atmosphere. Always improving year on year, will return.
