Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

I arranged ballon’s to be put in the room for my daughter’s arrival as it was her 13th birthday and the hotel informed me they will be doing so,However the hotel never kept their word!!!!

Staff team was very friendly, comfortable beds, location safe and close to metro station, also close to Eiffel Tower even by foot. They made the rooms available very early for us, even though they didn't have the obligation to make it.

The room was spacious and clean. A kettle, tea, and coffee were provided in the room. It's conveniently located near a metro station, approximately a 5-7 minute walk away. Nice hotel, worth the money

I've been in this hotel few times before and I'm sure I'll come back again. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location it's ideal, very close to different metro stations, bars, restaurants, shops etc.. And just 10 minutes walk from the Eiffel Tower and Hotel des Invalides...

It was the third stay in this hotel. It is a calm place, hotel is clean and super friendly staff. Close to different metro lines, nearby restaurants and shops. Within a walking distance from different tourist attractions... I will definitely choose the same hotel for my next stay in Paris.

Price
Comfy beds and lining, extremely nice personnel, decent breakfasts. I'd like to say THANK YOU and warmest greetings to the nicest guy at the reception - Javakartu? (I'm very sorry,I definitely misspelled this name!) - he was super responsive, always smiling and helpful with his recommendations around Paris. A lady at the breakfasts was very nice too, her kind smile and attitude gave us a proper start of the day! On the 1st night it was rather cold in our room (5 floor), but the problem was solved immediately with the heater delivered to us. In total, the full impression about the hotel was good. We'll probably choose it again for the next trips to Paris.

Our bedroom didn't have a kettle and some neighbors were too loud at some late hours of the night.
The kindness of the staff, the hotel is really comfortable and well located.

Elevator limited to 2 persons. Difficulty with large luggage to take elevator.

The room was very small and the elevator was between floors so you need to carry your luggage on the stairs. If you stay at noon in the room it gets very hot because they dont have AC ( we did know that when we booked )

It needs some renovation, make it more modern and fresh.
It was cozy, we stayed on the 5th floor, had a small room, big windows with a balcony, even in the bathroom.

The staff is very friendly and professional. All contents are identical as written in the offer when I make booking. The breakfast is excellent, the women in the kitchen are lovely and they will give you anything that you want. Food is not limited. Any recommendation.
