You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomThe place exceeded my expectation. The hotel is secure with card key for entrance, lift and bedroom. The appartment is small but still spacious and convenient for a take away, a modest cooking (with the essentials for two) or work. The bathroom is also a convenient size. Overall very clean and comfortable. Two minutes by train from the station, and from different places to eat for various tastes and budges. There are only a few trains a day, nothing to complain or moan about.

While they gave me small apartment and it was super dirty even the smile inside the room was so bad . Everyone felt bad for that night.

United KingdomThe breakfast was inadequate and certainly did not match the photo. Had to make up a breakfast box from the "breakfast room" and take it up to our room. A great disappointment - no fresh fruit, cereal, cold meat. Supermarket packet croissant Breakfast was described on the booking .com website as gourmand. I would like to commend the lady employee in the breakfast room who was very pleasant and spoke english, She appreciated our concerns. Mention must be made of the Manager who dealt with our complaint very politely and gave us a refund of the cost. It was not very helpful though to say it would be improved within the next fortnight when they converted the room to a breakfast room.
Warm welcome at Reception on arrival. Room and facilities adequate for an overnight stay.
