The room wasn't cleaned properly, fresh stains on sheets, only one towel per person.

The lift was broken. We had to travel to the 3rd and descend one floor.

Booked in the afternoon and arrived very late but very good information about codes to get into hotel and room key in safe, via booking.com I also called to confirm & had a text with the information. There was a small store for our 2 bikes. Good room with comfortable bed & bathroom. Did not use self catering facilities. We only ordered Breakfast in the morning & got the last 2 croissants; plenty of food & coffee. Good value for money in a big city.

The kitchenette is great to have but just needs some updating - the electric stove didn't work - but it wouldn't take much to make it better

Great location, tram and market just around the corner but also very quiet. Staff were great, room was basic but it did the job. wifi was good.

We liked everything.

The room was great. It was looking like a little apartment. There was everything what you need to cook ect. My son loved stairs. We were in January so outside was cold, but the room was so warm - we slept like a babies. Stuff were very helpful and nice. Breakfast was good. We really enjoy the stay.

My room number 109 heater wasn’t working for the entire 4 nights and 4 days. I complained to the receptionists on duty but nothing was done about it. That was a poor customer service for me.

Some little damages in the Appartement needs to be repaired.

Two level, bedroom was upstairs. Maybe a bit warm during hot summer times. Close to the tram station. Weekends are busses and trams gratis/ for free.

I was shocked and disappointed to see no recycling. Food waste should be given highest priority, which accounts for massive greenhouse gases proportion. A business your size has lots of control and options over its waste production. You could take the initiative and implement your own waste reduction program. (I'm a waste reduction specialist). I can help if you're interested. You could save hundreds of thousands of tonnes a year and help people to encourage them in domestic waste triage. Your company reputation will rocket. I would like to help actually.

Not a lot of breakfast options, you should use the 15e to eat at a café in the area. The 250e blocked as a deposit still havent reached my account 5 days later, although I was told it would happen the very next day

The room was a bit small in comparison to the photos but nonetheless, we had everything we required for the stay.
