Wifi didnt work (building 3,4,5). Mechanic could not repair it because it was saturday 🤔.

AC would have been nice. The booking was supposed to include breakfast and staff denied that - apparently need to turn to booking.com instead.

I did expect to get a better / bigger (superior) room after the upgrade and after I paid more, but it was the same as the previous stay in the basic room. So the upgrade does not work, it’s not worth paying extra money. Breakfast is very very poor. You need a car to get to the hotel, as I was without it and travelling by public transportation was very complicated.

It looks like blocks of flats rather than a holiday destination.

The property was very secure. It was good value for us to have a stay over to visit Versailles and break up the driving. It’s very basic, but the beds are very comfortable and the rooms have everything you need including a small kitchen with a fridge, coffee maker hob etc.

Due to the fact that we checked in at 8 pm, it was difficult to find dinner because the location is not in a village. However, that is not the fault of the hotel.

It was very clean and very quiet. We used this as a one-night stop during our travel. It was excellent fir this purpose.

We had the feeling we were entering into a high security complex, my fear was it seemed more geared to keeping people in rather than keeping undesirables out. The smoke detector had been removed from the ceiling and the whole building had an unpleasant aroma.

Clean and comfortable. The beds were comfortable. Plenty of room. The shutters ensured we all slept well and it was nice and quiet. Breakfast was good with cooked eggs and a nice selection of bread and spreads.

The outside of this hotel is very austere but actually it had everything we wanted and was very clean.

There was alot of insekts that came from the windows (not from the hotel) . The apartment smells not so good , there was no reception at night .

The Apartment was big , the kitchen has all equipments you need , the refrigerator was big , beds were comfortable, there is always hot water to take a shower. The place is safe for the family, free Parking is available

On arrival it appeared that the accommodation was also being used by refugee families as temporary accommodation, which was not expected! the accommodation was generally of a good standard, but some of the interior fittings within the room were either damaged or broken.

Good sized rooms with lots of facilities, including a small kitchenette and dinning table and chairs. quiet location surrounded by pleasant countryside and only a short walk into town on a safe footpath.

The kitchen was extremely small, 1/3rd of the bathroom size. In the cupboard we had only 1 big mug, 2 coffee mugs (one of them broken), 1 tall glass and another small. VERY basic. Other (strange) inhabitants put a cloth on the outer secure door of the compound so that they friends can come in. Result: it couldn't be closed for the last 3 days.

It wasn’t very clean. The apartment smelt funny and felt like a depressing bed sit. If they painted them white that would help. Lots of things were broken- the wardrobe, dents in fridge and extractor fan. Not somewhere you would like to spend time in.

Comfy beds and near a train station to get into Paris.

They try to squeeze every penny (no tissues in room, no air conditioning, bare minimum amenities, minimum/low cost breakfast, 10 euro per hour late checkout even with advance notice, etc). Room had air conditioning controls but no air conditioning - we opted to pay for a hotel instead of camping for the comfort in the heat but weren’t comfortable.

Very nice staff, decent location if you have a car, kitchenette was convenient.

Ants in the room, so do not leave any food outside. Staff knocked 3 times on the day, of departure ( it was at 9 am, check out is till 11).

Location is ok for visiting Versailles.

The host did not respond to our requests, we were ignored. Bad communication with them in resolving our problem.

It was an awful experience. The personnel treated us awful. There was 2 days in which I did not have any hot water. Later on they provided me with a shower in the bathroom of another room, and it was not clean, full of excrement. The personnel did not speak English at all, and they treated us very poorly. Especially one of the recepcionist called Maxine, he did not speak English, reacted awfully, said bad words in French so we did not understand, did not want to help us, and disrespected us at every moment. Was truly the worst experience I have had in a hotel. We had to go to another hotel. Much better, much closer to Versailles, and it was even cheaper what clearly surprised me.

Nothing. The apart hotel is very average, old and not ordered.
