The immediate area isn't very pretty , but it's only a 12 min walk to the historic centre.

Clean , good sized bathroom and good value for money. Perfect for a Challenge Cup rugby weekend. The direct bus stop for the stadium ( no 17) is literally 90 seconds from hotel door and the journey takes10 mins.

The beds.

Clean hotel and facilities. Underground parking was a great addition but expensive but cheaper and safer than leaving car out overnight. The room was compact including the beds which were not good, though clean, they were smallish with foam-filled pillows and non-cotton sheets. I slept badly in them. but everything else was good.

A bit surprised the room wasn’t cleaned/ bins emptied each day (esp bins as cooking facilities generally means bins are used). Also not enough space to eat in room (just very small/ shallow desk area). Had to request more toilet paper (only half a roll in room on arrival).

Breakfast was great. Only suggestion to have 2 hot drinks machines as very long queues at busy times.

The sofa bed is a bit noisy. Some defects here and there, but overall all good.

Check-in was fast and there is a large garage where to park. From there it's easy to get to the reception with a very spacious elevator. The new generation family room was what we needed: a large room with a comfy double bed and a sofa bed that was also ok. Good bathroom. The room is silent.

Great value for money, room has a good small kitchen with all the stuff that you'll need. Also underground parking is available for 12€/day.

Location is good and pretty close to the city centre. Facilities are good, the furniture is new and very clean. Rooms are not that big but if you go around the city a lot it doesn’t really matter.

The booking process is not through Booking directly. There is an email to respond to. amex cards do not work. And during the stay a bigger amount than the room cost is put on hold. (For me it was 90euros put on hold for a 70 EUR room).

Staff is welcoming and helps travellers to their best within the rules of the hotel. There are several open and waiting places (lobby, patio, working space). The room is quiet, well furnished and clean. And there is free storage for luggage for a day visit. The tramway is not very far and reaches city centre quickly. (Garcia Lorca B to come back from the city centre )

There was nothing I didn't like but maybe I was slightly disappointed that there wasn't a small sofa as shown in some of the photos. I guess that was a different style of room.

The location was perfect as I arrived by train. There's underground parking too if needed. The apartment was clean and comfortable and had all the facilities I wanted including a coffee machine. It's only about a 15 minute walk to the centre of town. The bed was very comfortable. I didn't have breakfast so can't comment on that. Ideal for a short city break.

We had a couple of small glitches: the hotplates in our room did not work, so we had to change rooms. When we were relocated the bar fridge in the new room seemed to have a problem and was emitting a lot of noise, to the extent that it sounded like a bathroom fan. The staff on hand (late at night, to be fair) did not really know how to sort either problem, other than moving us (after we had laid out all our belongings in the room) or in the second instance telling us to turn the fridge to zero (which didn't help with keeping our food and drinks cold).

The hotel is in a great spot, within walking distance of the old city etc. The rooms are generously sized, the staff is nice, and the parking was very reasonably priced. The area felt safe to walk in.
