The hotel didn't inform us that they weren't able to charge our card, so we couldn't pick up the keys from the safe (we arrived after the opening hours) It took us an hour until we realized what might have been the problem. An assistant helped us solve the issue over the phone. In the morning, when we told this to the staff, they didn't seem to care much, blamed their computer for the mistake and didn't even apologise.

The cleanness of the room, more specifically the bathroom was left to be desired. It has clearly been cleaned before but you could still find a number of spots full of dust and the shower curtain were a bit stained.

The process was simple, there was a parking spot, the room was spacefull.

The window in our room was locked and permanently blocked on purpose (with some nail/small sheet of metal), so that it could not be opened. Not nice if you cannot open the window for 4 days :(. Another thing: We stayed 4 days, we ate 3 breakfasts. There was one lady serving breakfast who was super great (very nice, super helpful, she cared a lot about us and the place - thank you!). But one day there was another one. Unpleasant, she made a problem that she had to bring us the missing cheese and ham (because she didn't want to open a new package when we were the last guests of the day). She was touching dirty dishes and just after that the bread without washing hands. And she was watching something on the phone while a lot of dirty dishes after previous guests were gathered on a dirty table in the dining room (not taken to the kitchen). I really hope she was there just one day for replacement.

Nice, comfy rooms. Staff is very friendly and helpful (greetings to the lady from the reception, you are doing a great job!). Breakfasts are the best (wide choice of very fresh and tasty food).

Everything is old and seems very used. We just stayed for a night, it was fine for that but wouldn’t want to spend my vacation here. Very bad smell outside.

The room was only equipped for 1 person ie 1 plate 1 mug which wasn't clean 1 dish ,not enough glasses snd when I requested a nother mug and glass was offered another dirty unit .

some fixtures in room broken and not fixed ( looroll holder, light fitting) air con not working properly - someone had removed ceiling panel to try to fix but it obviously hadn’t worked.

The room in the 4rd floor was spacious and very clean. The kitchen was fully equiped however I didn t use it. The windows had to be closed due to the busy road. But the air-con was working fine and silently. I was positively surprised of the room as the former evaluations were mostly negative. The bed was super comfortable and the batch room was clean! The breakfast in the morning was fine. With a 20 min walk you reach the arenas.

we are often use this apartment with my man but this time it’s was terrible. Everywhere was the smell of cat urine! We need to stay 3 hours more next day and they took money like for a second night! Incredible! And lie that I disturbed someone at midnight with my heels when in reality we slept before midnight. what a relation!
