Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

GermanyEntrance and exit of parking garage is a bit difficult for non-French speaker. Better to ask the hotel staff in advance how to enter and exit. But the parking price is very reasonable thinking the location.
Staff are very kind, rooms are clean and well maintained. Just 8 to 10 minutes walk from metro station.

PolandIt is very beautiful and clean hotel. It looks better than on photos. It’s a little bit far from the centre, but you can easily get there by metro. The metro station is 10 min far from the hotel and while walking you also admire beautiful streets. So it’s not really a drawback for me personally. I liked it!

JapanIt was a little far from the city centre, I was exhausted from going back to the hotel late at night because the Metro ended and the tram didn't come accurately...
The kitchen facilitation was nice to make snacks. Nothing noise at all even though there was next to larger roads. All staff were gentle and friendly.

GreeceFinally the location was proved far from city centre, which was daily exhausting. Also we did not notice that the accommodation does not offer standard cleaning of the room, you need to pay extra for that. But for those reasons there is a lower price in the room compared to others.
Spacious modern room fully equipped, comfortable bed. The breakfast was tasty and acceptable, in a decent level.

NetherlandsThe shower pressure was weak. The bed seemed to be 140 cm if not 120 cm. Was really tiny for us so not that much comfortable. The hallway of the floor smelled like someone was smoking even thought it’s not allowed. By that I am not sure how good the smokedetectors are working.
Location was fine. Quiet room with good black out curtains. Heating in the room was good and easy to adjust yourself. Also nice radiator for warming the towels in the bedroom. The parking is small. We are driving an SUV so needed to twist and turn multiple times to prevent damaging anything. So if you have a big car; make sure you have good driving skills.

IrelandOr 2 teens said the sofa bed was uncomfortable, the mattress was too thin and they could feel the metal through it. It was big enough for 2 teenagers to share but not the best quality. As an adult it would be below expectations - considering the bed in the main bedroom was of excellent quality and comfort. However, for the price, it was acceptable for a family.
Having an apartment suited us - 2 rooms available as a family of 2 adults and 2 teens. Main bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet with good heating, dark curtains and big bathroom. We didn't use the kitchenette apart from plates and cups with bakery breakfast. The bakery is 200m away and serves coffee and orange juice to take away so you can easily eat in the apartment. Metro stop is about 5 mins away and although it takes a while, it's easy to get into the centre of Paris. The area around the apartment on the way to the Metro felt very safe and well-lit at night, with some restaurants and take-aways nearby, and there's a supermarket next door if you need it.

GermanyNo complaints.
Very pleasant room, well-appointed, recently redecorated, comfortably furnished. Nice bedding and bathroom. The reception staff were very pleasant and helpful. The building is very close to the A4 motorway yet sufficiently shielded by other buildings that it would have been quiet but for building works on a kindergarten across the street. The location is 6-7 minutes' walking distance to the metro station Charenton-Écoles on line M8, along a (mostly) pedestrianised street lined with cafés and shops. There are many more cafés and restaurants in the area, and a market is held beside the metro station twice a week. The big Bois de Vincennes (wooded parkland) is close by, and ideal for walking, cycling, jogging. Central Paris is easily accessible via M8 and various other lines it connects with, as are the main railway stations.

Italythe seal of the window is not the best so it's possible to hear the car passing by in the night if you're a light sleeper. it would be great to have a safe in the room.

AlbaniaIt would be great if the room was equipped with pantoflous, the set of shower ( it was one shampoo for hair and body both).
The stay was great, clean. The room was simple and basic, but comfortable. The room has a kitchen, so if you want to cook, even if you dont have time to spend at room. It is quite, so you can recharge after a long day of walking and touring in Paris. Near the hotel is a pharmacy and also a supermarket, bakery , you can reach them easily by walk. I would suggest to take the breakfast in the hotel, it has a lot of option to eat and the coffee is good too. The station bus 5 min away by walk and the metro was 10-13 min, the walk till there is nice crossing the bridge.
