a few smaller issues with access timing and the aircon, but these were sorted out promptly by friendly host Johanna. it would be good to have contact alternatives to booking dot com email notifcations

excellent location for both sides of the Garonne, not too noisy, all local amenities and lovely little squares and la Grave gardens nearby; the aircon installed the day we arrived will be welcome in the increasingly hot weather conditions

It can be quite noisy depending on the upstairs neighbors and people who passes by the street (appartment was on the ground floor)

The appartement is very comfortable, very well equipped and has a great location! All the instructions were clear and we the autonomous check in was very easy.

The Occitana studio is up 3 flights of very steep stairs. Was challenging getting my big suitcase up and down

The apartment was fine, but the building needs work. The stairs are horrible. The instructions for collecting the apartment keys were not clear to me, however a quick call for the hostess solved the problem.

Excellent location. The surroundings had a great environment. The apartment is well equipped and has everything you need for a short stay.

It was very hot (no aircon). Shower was clogged. No private parking.

Nice location close to underground. Small apartment, but has all amenities for a night or two. We enjoyed using the small kitchen. Lots of nice restaurants in the area. Nice decorations everywhere. The beds were comfy!

Communication of door codes and response to text messages and voicemails was not good. Narrow staircase to upper floors.

Stairs need serious structural work - they are not entirely safe. Shower leaks all over floor and needs to be mopped up each time.

The street where the bedroom windows are, were on our Saturday night, a reunion place. Not possible to sleep until 3am. Just for everyone to know, do not except any access information before 3pm. They are sent at time of check in, not prior.

My partner thought the mattress was a little too hard (it was alright for me) but it would be made even nicer if the pillows were better (there was only one per person and it was too poor quality and shape)

The ground floor apartment (grey) is dark, feels a bit like being in a cave, but it was aceptable for me for one night.

I liked the location of the building, big space in the room and that coffee capsuls for the coffee maker were provided.

You can't really appreciate from the pictures but the ground floor apartment is rather dark and damp. If you want to open the window to get some light there are people passing by quite close to the window often so it feels like you are on display.

It is very well located, close to a metro stop and a short walk away from the main sites.

A narrow staircase, no elevator, was really challenging taking my luggage up thr stairs and especially down. The iron was dirty and I spoiled my expensive white blouse.

The decor is shabby, the bathroom has broken and cracked tiles and is badly decorated.

The location is good for sightseeing. The room is comfortable and quiet.

It’s very run down and the only selling point is the bright yellow wall (and that’s how I ended up booking it): - chair in bedroom broken - everything that you touch like drawers is collapsing - kitchen lacks basic cooking utensils - no kitchen knife, cutting board - everything feels quite untidy - the shower is made badly and all the water ends up on the floor, making a huge mess everywhere (I had to use all the towels to clean this up as there wasn’t any mop) Generally, the apartment is actively used but nothing is made to maintain it and keep it in shape. Very run down impression.
