The sauna and hot bath could have been better.

The food (dinner) was delicious. The staff nice and friendly. The room was not too small. Very close to the ski lift.

Breakfast was problematic every day : not enough staff and there was always something (mostly a lot) missing on the already small breakfast buffet. Coffee was not replenished, hot water ditto, no bread, ... There is clearly a big management issue here which was not addressed at all the week we were there. Shame. The food in the evening ranged from ok to inedible on some occasions. In the end we went out to a restaurant on 3 evenings. Access to the spa was through the bar !

    Proximity to ski lift

Definitely feels like apartments not got a resort type feel too it which was dissappointing. Nearby 1800 is where the best apres is and 1950 also has some nice bars during the day

Good space and extra locker for ski equipment etc. Food was brilliant although i never made breakfast

Can get a bit noisy as party folk return to the apartments and rooms in the hotel, just like anywhere/everywhere where folk let their hair down.

If you stay in the summer, I would recommend staying down in town. Some of it's facilities were closed because of the summer.

This is a great hotel to go to during the ski season. Beautiful surroundings.

An elderly stout lady was swimming in the pool and was very rude when I tried to get my son a brief swim before we left .The official pool opening time is 11am -rather late- and we had been told by reception at 10.30 it was ok to proceed . She shouted at my son(7) and was very rude showing no hospitality skills or flexibility which was the only disapointing aspect of otherwise a really positive experience.

Reception staff very friendly and phoned to advise they were finishing before we arrived -20.30pm but had actually waited . Breakfast supervisor friendly and efficient .

The on site restaurant was closed during the summer months which wasn't made clear on Booking.com website, and struggled to find restaurants in the small village serving evening meals.

A lovely hotel with stunning view from our balcony overlooking the mountains. Good sized rooms with plenty of space. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Room size: too small, with temerimental lighting and unusable wifi, bathroom very dated: impossible to take a shower without flooding everywhere and bath plug did not keep the water in. Large shelf over small sink made it impossible to wash face without bumping head to shelf. Wood cladding is difficult to clean but behind the radiator it was just incredible!! NO PARKING!!!!! Not easy to find a parking around either (and roads were clean when we arrived!!! Cannot imagine with some snow around!!)

Position, so close to the slopes. Breakfasts and dinners were all very good

A good all round hotel with comfortable, decent sized rooms. The food (breakfast and dinner) is excellent. The staff are pleasant and helpful. The location works well; the nearest ski lift is a 5 minute walk away, up a short flight of steps and then along a gently sloping path. You can ski back to the top of the steps. We have stayed twice and will do so again.

Poor consideration for childrens food. Food a little heavy going for children.Seemed to find it a bit awkward to cope with dairy free food request for child.

Good location to ski lifts. Very clean. Very polite staff. Excellent food for adults, although menu choice limited. Quiet location.

The bubble jets in the outside hot tub were pathetically weak - I asked for them to be switched on only to find they already were!

As a solo traveler I am used to being shoved into the smallest room under the eaves or what seems like the small space under the stairs but I was delighted to be lodged in a huge room with a full size (6ft wide) double bed. Lovely view from the room which was spotlessly clean and well appointed. The staff could not have been more helpful and the food was wonderful. Easy walking distance to the nearest chair and local shops - I will definitely be back.

Only criticism, neede more space for our clothes etc... Skiing always requires a lot of clothes and accessories, the wardrobe was very small. Problem could easily be solved with some drawers under the desk area, plenty of space. Would have been good to have some control over the heating in the room as it was hot( which was good) , but we prefer to sleep in cooler temperatures.

We loved the half board meals and friendly restaurant service. As a skiing hotel well equipped with ski lockers and close to the slopes. Helpful reception staff. Comfortable room furnished in mountain style. Bath in room and free spa access was a bonus after a long day skiing. Loved the outside Norwegian Tub in the spa.

Expensive breakfast EUR 12 for kids older than 6 years; No elevator if you have heavy luggage but staff offers help to carry. - It should be emphasized in Booking.com for correct GPS positioning that the hotel is not situated down in Bourg-Saint-Maurice but 1.600 m up the hill in the very small alpine village Les Arcs - which is an extra 15 min ride.

Wonderful alpine surroundings also with summer activitites when we visited. Nice, quiet and clean traditional alp designed rooms; wonderful serviceminded staff. Nice fresh breakfast. Good wifi.

We arrived from the funicular, and it proved difficult to find on foot, (in the dark and raining!). Perhaps some improvement in signage or better directions after booking would help? At breakfast, would appreciate a better quality of natural yogurt (ie not in a pre-packed pot), and croissant. Absence of a lift was not an issue for us, but could challenge any guest with a mobility problem after injury. Perhaps this also could be made clearer on hotel information prior to booking.

All staff extremely welcoming, friendly, and efficient at their job. The absence of any other British guests from travel companies was refreshing. The food at dinner was excellent, and a great end to the day.
