There is parking in front of the hotel but on our visit it was always full of motorbikes. There is plenty of parking at the back of the hotel, but it's down a very steep slope and there is no way of getting luggage to the reception other than by dragging it up the slope or via some very steep metal steps.

Great panoramic view from the restaurant (and from our room). Good food.

Just a couple of points, the swimming pool needs some attention and was not that clean. Just a personal opinion - the shop looks slightly tacky, a good idea not executed very well. There are some excellent local products in the area but they need to be displayed better e.g. Le Cloche Fromage in Saverne is a good example of how to do it well

Good breakfast, very comfortable bed, spacious room, great location in the village with outstanding views

Meal was a little bland however strong flavours do not suit everyone.

A nice hotel in a lovely location. Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast - German rather than French. Good selection of cold meats.

I should have had a better understanding of the French language

It was the perfect location for my trip. My Uncle was killed in the Battle of Reipertswiller during WWII. I always wanted to see the area for myself. It is described in the letters that the War Dept. sent to my Grandmother so many years ago.

Lovely lovely Staff - arrived late after very long journey - within ten minutes we were sitting in a wonderful dining room eating superb food. Swimming pool and jacuzzi were an added bonus - rooms magic and very comfortable. Breakfast yummy and vast choice. Would definitely visit again

You would be hard pressed if you didn't like anything

The views from the room are from a postcard. Everything about the hotel is comfort and calm. The staff are excellent.

The pool was too warm for me, heavily chlorinated.

Very centrally located in the village with good parking for our motorcycles. The staff were very helpful and the food in the restaurant was great, if a little pricey.

Shower and toilet glass doors. Not ideal. Glass door to bedroom which does not fully shut. Very modern and good looking but not practical. Some of us value our privacy. Dinner a disaster from beginning to end.. We booked a table for 4 on arrival. Ended up in a dark corner with a broken glass lamp above our head. Every body in there had to wait one hour for each course. Thank goodness we only ordered 2 courses. Several of the guest left unhappy. The choice of food very limited and what did arrive was neither nicely presented nor well cooked.

Breakfast at 15€/person a bit steep for those who prefer something light at that time. Maybe the hotel could give option of simple café & croissant.

Comfortable, warm haven for a winter night when in the region. Delicious dinner in attractive surroundings with attentive staff. Enjoyed possibility to use indoor pool.

    Nothing really

Crew iss very professional and soooo kind. Rooms are of a special taste... Not the newest design, but a good mixture of tradition and modernity. The nature around, the little shops , the castle are awesome! I nearly forgot, the restaurant is fantastic!

This location (rooms etc.) is a 'little bit' outdated!

Very good located in the middle of the village. Enough parking spaces and the view from the restaurant is nice as well as the food.
