To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

PolandInternet connection was very bad. Please solve this problem. We didn't have normal internet. And it's good for staying short time because at night there is a lot of noise from everywhere. For the first night I couldn't sleep comfortably because of noise. But in general for the short travels it's very good place to stay. I recommend. There is not lift so u should use stairs to go 5/6 floors it was also tiring
I liked our hotel because it's very near to the Metro Station. So u can reach everywhere easylike. Bed was comfortable. And I felt safe during my time there. I think that it's good idea to stay at hotel instead of hostel for the security. Me and my friend we took one room, double bed and it was good for the money as well.

IrelandThe toilet across the hall was not functional, it should be repaired ASAP or closed off from use! Showers were perfect and great, Wi-Fi didn’t work too well!
Reception crew were all lovely and helpful, I asked for another towel and shower gel which they provided , slept well each night, road was not an issue

SwedenI literally liked everything! Super professional staff plus the Internet & TV ( I am a bit old-fashioned so I enjoy watching TV especially while I am abroad). Such a beautiful neighborhood with many historically valued facilities such as the Saint-Ambroise Church. There are plenty of the nicest Parisian cafes and bistros which were reasonably priced settled ( 11€ for the lunch, 2 euro for a cup of coffee ). Honestly, I have discovered a new very cosy and kind side of Paris.

BelarusI would put 2 stars instead of 5 if this room cost more than I paid. But it is OK for this money. It was really noisy in the building. All the time somebody made a lot of noise. Even at night and early in the morning. The bathroom and the restroom leave a lot to be desired. It would be great if the landlord tried to fix the plumbing there. But I understand that this room is pretty good for the amount of money I paid
The room is located very close to the subway station and it’s really cool. It will take you only 2 minutes to get to the subway station. You will find a small refrigerator, a TV-set and a table in the room

Polanda thin sheet to cover at the end of November is not enough. There was a duvet in the wardrobe but no bedding, but we didn't use it because we saw some bedbugs on it. Fortunately, there were none later so we didn't have to report it. It would be nice if there were cutlery and plates since there is a microwave.
I didn't expect much, I cared about the low price and it was fine. Nice location, bed was OK.

United KingdomThere is no lift and everyday I had to walk up and down 5 flights of steps to get to my room . Thanks for the unwanted cardio. Shared toilet has no toilet seat. Only provide 3 shampoo packets on first day (i was there 5 days). And its not possible to request unless you wait for cleaner to enter room at 12pm.

RomaniaFirst day we received a horrible room at the 6th floor, there is no elevator to carry our baggages up there (even the reception is at the first floor upstairs!) and showers are not on every floor! (we had to go to the 5th floor each time we needed to use the toilet, for example).
I liked that they were kind and changed our room with another one at the first floor (that had it's own bathroom! I would have never expected to be joyful for having such a basic facility in a hotel, ever in my life!)
